Great neighborhood and clean, comfortable house!
The home was decorated nicely and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Really liked the neighborhood for easy walks and bike rides. Would have liked access to live TV for news and weather but we managed.

Good walking neighborhood
We had a 3 night stay. Pet friendly. Corner lot. Decor is nice. Good walking neighborhood. Close to store’s & restaurants. Closer to St Cloud than attractions etc. 30 minutes from airport. Apryl was very quick to respond to questions etc.

Fantastic stay
This house is in the Gated Community of Remington. We had no problems with our 2 week stay and will stay again next year when in the area on business. Apryl was very accommodating and available to answer a couple questions. Very nice safe neighborhood. Security is provided by guard at gate and roving patrol.

Beautiful property
Very easily accessed upon arrival. I accidentally locked my phone in the place within the first hour and forgot the passcode. Luckily the ring cam was activated and we were greeted and assisted with the passcode again. Very satisfied with vacation rental

Nice stay!
The home is really nice and clean. We werent in town for the usual Disney excursion but we found it to be very centrally located for our needs. We loved being able to bring our 2 senior dogs with us, and they loved being out on the screened patio and sitting by the pool. When we were there it was a bit chilly but we did find one day to take a quick dip, the pool is quite nice and clean as well. The home is decorated very nicely and provides the basics you might need. I would definitely stay here again! April was a great host and we had excellent communication.

Great location, nice property and the pool was excellent. House was pretty stocked with necessities. Spacious rooms, bathrooms and we loved the two separate sitting rooms. We definitely would rent again in the future; it was very convenient for visiting family in St. Cloud, shopping and squeezing in work. Host is very responsive. Thank you for the clean space to lay our head and for all the fun the pool offered, our 10yo woke up swimming and went to bed swimming. Can't always do that in Colorado. So, Thank You!
