I'll just give a quick rundown without fluff. - great shuttle service to disney and universal although the times can be inconvenient 2-3 hours before opening/ after close but very economical - great pools and spots for children to play - laundry machines and detergent available in the unit which is great -not noisy at night -the people working the lobby were super helpful and provided maps of the location and marked down all needed info to access the pools -night time movies are available at the pool across the road -the place was pretty clean, baseboards had some grime or water damage and there was an unfinished bit in the bathroom but it was clean in the ways that mattered. -i didnt hear too much through the walls at night from other guests so the soundproofing is good -10 min walk from walmart supercentre

This property refused to help me cancel and refund my money during the hurricane. There was no gas and we were stuck in traffic unable to make the reservation in time before having to hunker down in the storm. This was an emergency disaster and the refusal to help a person in need out of greed is down right awful.

Nice little condo. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable mattress. Really nice pool area. Excellent communication with host!ā€” very appreciated! Walmart nearby (walking distanceā€”did Uber back with purchases. Note provided supplies when you arrive as initial supplies (ex: detergent, paper goods) may be less than your group will be using depending on plans and time spent there.

My boyfriend and I came down for a birthday celebration and we stayed at this condo before heading to another location. It was perfect for the 2 of us, very cool and comfortable. Easy check-in process and great host communication. We had neighbors above us with small active children and we heard every stomp but it was not a major issue. The condo had all the essentials we needed. We went out to local restaurants that were very close to our location which was convenient. We would love to stay here if we ever are in the area again in the future.

Wonderful condo in a great location!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Monica's condo. The location was great, and the condo community is very nice. Short walk by the lake/pond to the pool. I felt very safe. The condo was clean and had everything I needed. The checkout procedure was the easiest of any place that I have ever rented.The only issue I had was the heavy-footed people renting the unit upstairs. Monica is very receptive and was great in handling the matter quickly. I would definitely rent this condo again in a heartbeat. I was sad to leave. Excellent stay!

My sister and I needed a place for a couple nights in Orlando that was close to the Orange County Convention Center. This place was great! So clean and hospitable when coming in! Easy check-in, easy to get to, and a great space for a small group of people.

We were in town for 4 nights for a volleyball tournament. The host was informative and made sure that we had the info we needed before arrival. The condo was beautiful. It was near many attractions but there was not much traffic. There was more than enough parking for all condos. The condo amenities were nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway
The apartment had everything my son and I needed. It was clean and furnished well. My 11 year old son loved all the pool options between the community and hotel across the street. Great people at the desk helped us at 1 am, which was appreciated because we couldn't get through the gate initially. We had no issues or problems here that we needed to contact the host for just enjoyed our stay. Close to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed free shuttle service to Epcot. No complaints at all, only one small suggestion would be to maybe stock a little coffee just enough maybe for one morning. There was instant but none to make a pot. Only a small inconvenience the rest of the trip for us was great and this VRBO really lent to a wonderful mother son trip! I would stay here again and have suggested it to friends who are making plans for their own trip. Thanks!

Very cute and cozy
we stayed here 4 nights and it was exactly what we needed. The apartment is the perfect size for a couple. we were able to relax and wind down a bit from our Disney adventure, which we needed. My husband enjoyed the pool and i used the fitness center at the Holiday Inn. The staff at both the condo complex and the Holiday Inn were very nice. Itā€™s also close enough to Disney to make getting there doable
