Step into the enchantment of this lovely villa nestled in the calm Orange Tree community! This delightful haven is fully equipped to make your vacation easy and fun. Imagine a cozy family room with two comfy couches and a sofa chair – the perfect spot to relax. The spacious dining table is an ideal gathering place, and the kitchen is a chef's dream with everything you need for great meals.

But there's more to discover! The living room is a comfortable paradise with two extra couches, a sofa chair, and a huge flat-screen TV. Right next door, a charming breakfast area opens up to the large and sunny pool deck. The deck is a dream – covered lanai, loungers, and a cool seating area, all inviting you to soak up that Florida sunshine.

Now, let's talk bedrooms – there are four in total, each designed for your total comfort. The master bedroom is fit for royalty with a king bed and a spa-like en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three are perfect for friends or family, each with two twin beds and a shared bathroom  that's just right. Bedroom number four is a queen-size haven with its own bathroom and access to the pool deck – that's luxury!

And the fun keeps going! There's a games room through the laundry room, equipped with a pool table, air hockey, and foosball – entertainment galore!

Orange Tree is the place to be, just off US Hwy 27, with a fantastic community vibe. A short drive takes you to Disney, top-notch restaurants, grocery stores, and beautiful state parks. Get ready for unforgettable memories in this awesome villa!

Bed setup: 1 King, 4 Twins, 1 Queen.

Note: The entire house is yours, except for the owner's closet. We're here for you in person or on the phone if you need anything during your stay.

And if you want to warm up the pool/spa, it's a small additional fee per day – totally worth it!

We stayed for 9 days as we were attending softball games in the area. 6 adults. House was sufficient and management was responsive. Relatively easy and inexpensive TLC in pool area would be beneficial. Overall, happy with the stay.

Overall, the stay was great!!! It’s a short drive to many restaurants and stores. House is spacious for a family without feeling like everyone is on top of one another. The pool was great!! The only cons I have is that the vent between the two twin rooms was extremely dusty and found a lot of dirty finger prints on the walls (maybe this is to be expected since this house hosts a lot of families), garbage from last family was still in the trash bins outside so trash became over loaded after a 7 day stay and we had a few unexpected visits (pool guy came around and a property manager) which seemed odd since I wasn’t informed ahead of time.

Cozy and quiet
Stayed here with my family of 5. We had plenty of room to move around without feeling as if we were on top of each other. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The house was clean and inviting, some things needed upgrading but wasn’t to the point where it was unbearable. My kids enjoyed the pool. It was quiet and safe enough in the neighborhood for my girls to take strolls around the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Great space, inside was super clean!
The layout of this home is ideal for two couples… And the interior was very clean. Out of the owners control is the location… We did feel like we were always driving to get somewhere. But the neighborhood was very quiet and had great sidewalks for walking. We paid the extra to have the pool heater turned on. For me it was too cold without the heat. Be sure to check out the state park nearby if you like to hike.

A great place to relax
Our family enjoyed the Orange Tree Villa and had a nice time laying low for spring break. Kitchen was well supplied. The pool was nice (especially once we had the heat turned on for the few cooler days we had)! Disney is not far and the neighborhood was quiet.

Great Villa!
The Villa on Robin Hill Loop in the Orange Tree neighborhood was great! It was very clean and freshly decorated, and the property management team, Ron & Monique, made us feel very welcome, and were very responsive and helpful when an issue arose with the plumbing. I was pleasantly surprised with a full-size decorated Christmas tree, which made the house more festive and enjoyable. I would definitely book a stay at this Villa again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Clermont, Florida.
