Set within the hugely popular Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa, our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo offers panoramic views of the surrounding area especially from our private balcony.
Situated only three miles from Disney, it is ideally located for those guests not wishing to drive but who prefer to use rideshare such as Uber or Lyft.
A perfect place to stay after a busy day at the parks, whether you choose to use the large pool with pirate ship, water slides and poolside bar or relax by the secondary pool only a short walk from the condo building, Lake Buena Vista resort has it all. There is an Irish themed bar & grill or a Pizza Hut Express should you wish to dine in or takeout.
There is the nearby option of shopping at the walkable Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores outlet.

This independently managed condo has fantastic view of the Disney fireworks from the balcony, the condo being situated on the 8th floor of the building which is accessible by elevator. Retire to bed on the high end, quality mattresses for a refreshing nights sleep before fun filled days at the theme parks or just relaxing round the pools on the resort.
The accommodation comprises of one king master suite, one double bedroom and one room with two twin beds. A second bathroom is shared by the second and third bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster & coffee maker as well as a dining table with 6 seats. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are also provided for your comfort.
There is also ample free on-site car parking with EV charge points less than a mile away.

Lovely, welcoming condo with space for 2 families to share. The beds were comfortable and the spa tub in the master was so relaxing after a long day at the parks (so close by!) Thank you for hosting us!

The hotel room was beautiful! The host was very informative about everything so we didn’t have to figure out what to do or where to go. The hotel is in such a great location with a storefront on property. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone and would definitely book again.

The property manager communicated quickly when we wanted to extend our stay! We had no problems with this place, and it was easy access to the Disney Parks. Only took about 10 min with traffic to get to any one of the parks. Great place to consider for your Disney vacation.

Excellent Lovation
Highly recommend staying at this condo if you are planning a trip to Disney or any of the local parks. Condo was clean and well maintained. Staff at the resort were helpful and the owner was very responsive. The kids enjoyed the all the pools, arcade, and other amenities. The resort was walking distance to local shops, convenient stores, and restaurants. The property offers free shuttling to parks with 24 hour notice. Everything exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Great Condo at an Awesome Location
This was our third trip to this resort and this condo was by far the nicest one we have stayed in. There was awesome communication with the property manager, plenty of space for my family of 5, and a beautiful view of the Disney fireworks. We will definitely be booking this condo again for our future trips to Orlando!

Great location to Disney or universal. Some mold in showers. Kitchen plates and utensils were short and supplies were limited (no dishwashing soap). Cleanliness was ok. Met our expectations for the price. Overall good value for a family of 6-all with beds and a kitchen to have some meals at the hotel. Pool area was nice.

Exactly what we needed
We've stayed at Lake Buena Vista Resort several times and knew it would work for our needs and it did not disappoint. Located 25 mins from Universal, and closer still to most of Orlando's other main parks we love the accommodation and facilities it offers. Allowing us to access the busy attractions and nightlife easily but also allowing us a few self-catered family nights in a spacious well equipped apartment.

Best unit in the resort!
We had an amazing trip and this unit was great. Super spacious and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent! Top floor corner unit so lots of privacy. Never heard a sound and slept like a baby. Watched Disney fireworks from balcony and huge out let mall directly behind the building with super bargains. We never made it to the water areas so I can't review those. Would definitely stay again!

Family Spring Break Vacation
My family had a fabulous time staying here, at the Lake Buena Vista Resort. Although our time was primarily spent outside by the pool(s) and at the theme parks, this condo definitely served its purpose. We would definitely come back! Upon checking into the condo, did have some minor sweeping (dust) of the floors throughout, but nothing major to steer us away. Other than that, the condo was perfectly fine for us. Thank you!

Apartment was clean and comfortable and location to theme parks was great but apartment is dated and needs some maintenance. No lock on the sliding door leading to patio . Rust on wardrobe tracks with a broken mirror. Rust also present in the second shower. If arriving late very difficult to locate lockbox with keycards.

Checking in was a breeze however cleanliness could use improvement. After showering my feet felt dirty. They were almost black from the floors being dirty. Also needs ceiling fans and air-condition cover dusted badly. The air didnt work for the first day and a half. Repair man came oit and looked at it. Filter was atrocious. Said he would.return the next day with a new one amd never did. Whatever he did made the a/c unit work but very dusty like i said. Not sanitary for infants/toddlers. I would stay again I just hope they take these issues into consideration

Overall good except for dirty sheets
Our overall experience was good. I'll start with the pros: - Check-in and check-out process was fully automatic. Everything was prepared and set up for you to move in. Wifi worked. - Room appeared clean and decently maintained. Both hot water and AC worked. - Parking was always available and there are carts to help move luggage. - Great location for the price. Easy to buy food, shop, or just walk around for almost everything you need. There's also grocery stores within a couple of miles. - Plates, utensils, cookware, paper towels, knives etc. were all provided for you to make your own meals - very convenient. Cons: - One bed (out of 4) had very dirty sheets, bedding, and pillows. There were yellowed stains and smelled like piss - not something you can just wash out. We asked for a change but never got it in the week we were there. If this one thing would have been taken care of, this would have been a 5-star review. - No room service. We asked the owner to have the linen changed but no one ever came. While we didn't expect the same service you would get at hotels, if you need something replaced, cleaned, or fixed, you might not get it. There is a washer and dryer to wash your own stuff. - Some of the lights didn't work and some of the lamps couldn't be turned off unless you unplug it. A minor inconvenience but not something I want to worry about on vacation.

Great Location - Super Close to WDW
Our family stayed for about a week, and it was delightful. We spent most days at WDW parks, and the drive was probably the best that we have had while staying off WDW property. It might have taken less time to get in and out of the parks than if we were on property. The sleeping arrangements were incredibly comfortable for our family of six. Having cable in all of the rooms was great for afternoon rest time. The location was close enough that we felt like we could go back in the middle of the day for a break and then head back to the parks. It's not just about the close proximity, it was also about the ease of traffic. Though the pirate ship itself was not quite as cool as my kids may have built up in their minds, the sloping pool was great for my 5, 7, 9, and 11 year olds. We have already booked another stay at this resort.
