We make it easy so you can enjoy your vacation! You will find all the needed amenities at your fingertips to make your vacation a breeze. While you are settling in, the kids will be entertained for hours with toys and burning energy in the pool. Catch a sunset in the quiet backyard. Enjoy a round of golf for yourself before you head to the parks with the kids.

After you've spent some time at Florida's most loved attractions, your group will love an evening swim in the pool and hot tub while dinner cooks on the grill. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to serve up a full meal. After dinner, there are toys for all ages! Plan for a family game night or catch up around the table while doing a puzzle. Or snuggle in for a movie night. Need some time to yourself, the floorplan allows for great family get-togethers and some time to chill alone after a busy day. Perfect family vacation
We loved everything about this house! The themed rooms, the pool, the game room and the neighborhood were some of our favorite things! The owner was always quick to respond and was kind and understanding. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to another family!

The Best House To Rent

This place was a great place to stay.. they had great communication and quick to take care of any any problems we had. Only complaint, the carpet had some stains but very clean and great place for my parents and my family of 4 to spread out and have our own space.. we would definitely rent from them again 😊

Excellent Property and Stay
The house was more then we could have imagined and was an excellent place to stay. There was toys and dress up clothes for both boys and girls. The house was very clean and tidy and any small communications for questions to the owners were always answered in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to many friends planning a stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking.

Probably the best house I have ever rented. Really well equipped with every kitchen utensil you could think of. Even had a waffle maker. Plenty of good quality consumables, including coffee and paper products, Perfect for our two granddaughters, 4 and 7. They loved the dressing up clothes and exploring all the hidden treasures. Very peaceful location, not overlooked at all. Would thoroughly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Such a great place for a larger group. Right between Oakhurst and bass lake and not far from Yosemite. Quite and cozy but thr kids loved the game rrom and adults the spa. Will likely spray again.

Great Location
We had a family reunion with several individual with limited mobility and it was great to have so many rooms on the main floor. The location on the golf course was very relaxing and safe. The house was everything I expected and more. Even though our group was older, this house would be excellent for kids. I would definitely come back.

This was a perfect location to be around the central FL area. The Grandkids loved all the nuances of the themed rooms. There wasn't a single day that they weren't walking around in a Princess or Star Wars outfit. The numerous sightings of wildlife out back, from the wildlife reserve, were an added bonus. We will absolutely use this host and their villa again,

We absolutely loved the house. We was close enougj to all the Disney attractions and to eother thw Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf. Best time we have had. My daughter loved allnof the dress up clothes. She played for hours. The rest of us thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and the pool. So amazing!!

Everything you need and more
This home is perfect for anyone with children, bedding options, high chairs, booster seats, strollers, toys, beach umbrella and toys. Plenty of pool toys. The decor is amazing in each room. Things for teens too with pool table, air hockey and video games! And for adults a full furnished kitchen with everything you will need!! I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area ! What a great 3 generation family vacation we enjoyed all of it!

Exactly as advertised.
This home comes exactly as advertised. No surprises, and my wife (and I) did not have to clean as soon as we arrived. We have rented several homes, and they thought of everything. My granddaughters were excited to give everyone a tour of all the rooms which each have a different Disney movie theme. They especially loved the closet full of every Disney princess dress. There are Star Wars outfits and other dress up stuff for the boys as well. The pool is very private. 5 stars!!

My family and I had such a great time. Everything from communication prior to check in to the check out process was seamless. Any questions I had during our stay were answered promptly. We did have hot tub issues on around the 5th day but he tried the best he could to fix the issue. Overall it was amazing. Everything you could think to need was found in this house. We would definitely come again. Thankyou for having us!

Amazing Stay
Our stay was remarkable. The house was divine. Anything you need, it was available. We had a ball. Pool, game room, dress up room for children, hot tub, swimming pool, well taken care of. Wonderful place to vacation and relax!
We’ve visited the Orlando area in the past and on this visit we wanted a different experience. The house was wonderful where we stayed. My grandchildren had a blast. They ranged in age 3-14. The toys, games, dress up clothes, pool and hot tub were excellent for entertainment when we weren’t out and about. The total atmosphere and experience was amazing!! Great Place
We had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for our group of 13. The home is located in a great location for shopping, food and Disney attractions. Kevin & Emily was amazing to deal with. I asked them several questions and they both responded in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this home. Outstanding amenities and charm
Our stay was wonderful! The house has everything you need, so no need to worry about remembering every little thing from home to be comfortable and prepared. Our girls loved all of the toys tucked away in the house. The location is relaxing and secluded with no backyard neighbors. We enjoyed watching wildlife like deer and turkeys from the pool area. Beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the full size crib(s) for our 2 year old. Location is a bit further out from Disney which was nice during high-traffic hours since there were alternate routes available to/from. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Loved all of the special touches and decor in the house, and the hosts were fast and responsive with our questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

Had an Amazing time spent with my family at this Beautiful home !!! Everything was as described and the host are great at communication and they go above and beyond at this home !! Thank you for blessing our family with staying in your home we have a large family and a daughter with special needs and uses a wheelchair and it’s hard to find a home that checks all our needs and this home definitely did !!!
