"A great property in a great walking city - close to everything. A great jumping off place for day trips in Lazio like Bolsena and Orvieto. Also, the Porta Romana train station is a 6 minute walk - from there you have access to all of Italy. Many excellent restaurants are within a six minute walk - there’s even a great Italian steakhouse, Lo Spito, 50 feet from the condo. The place is a real gem."

"Emmanuela helped us with the details for using the train to get into Rome as there is no information online. But it all works as she said it would. Helpful to have your own transport to stay here. The parking is 100 m away."

"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host."

"A totally relaxing and peaceful location. 16 of us enjoyed all the space and opportunities for summer family fun. Ika & Mario are the best staff I have ever encountered in years of villa rentals. "The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia..
