Très sympathique!

Hôtel tenu par un particulier. Très aimable et familiale mais le manque d’équipe rends le service un peu plus lent. Passé cela, la chambre était très belle et bien entretenu, grande salle-de-bain, ressenti général très bien.

Decepcion

El hotel era perfecto, hasta que se alojaron una cuadrilla de alrededor de 15 personas, cual estaban mas de 4 personas en las habitaciones y sin mascsrilla en tiempos de covid. Sumo que pa colmo empezaron a pasar por mi jardin privado de mi habitacion, borrachos y sin respeto alguno. Vino el recepcionista diciendonos que los echaba pero lo unico que izo es llamar ala policia para cuando se fueran volver a meterlos en la mismas habitaciones. Sin llamarles la atencion, dejandoles hacer de nuevo lo que quisieran. Ya que se conocian entre ellos. Total no dormi asta las 9 de la mañana que fue cuando se fueron. Mejor no ir ,mal trato, hacen fiestas en el hotel mientras acojen a parejas y familias.

Familienfreundliches Hotel

Sehr freundliches Hotel. Obwohl wir kurzfristig gebucht hatten, war eine Kinderbadewanne und ein Kinderbett im Zimmer bereitgestellt. Viele nette kleine Details und Aufmerksamkeiten. Sehr Familienfreundlich. Die Lage ist etwas komisch an der Straßenauffahrt, aber mit dem Auto ist alles leicht zu erreichen.

Excellent location just outside Orio with a short hike to town and/or to the beach. Super clean rooms and reception area. Only possible drawback is no A/C, although I visited in July and the evenings were cool enough to get by with a Fan only.

Déçus, nous ne reviendrons pas

Nous n'avons pas trouvé cet hôtel aussi extraordinaire que ça par rapport au prix que nous avons payé. On nous a donné la chambre juste a droite en entrant (014), c'est à dire celle qui se trouve la plus proche de la porte d'entrée, pile en face de l'accueil avec tous les désagréments que cela comporte : sonnerie de téléphone, conversations entre clients et hôtesse, entrées tardives peu respectueuses des autres clients (après minuit). Même si la chambre était très correcte, surtout la salle de bain, il n'y avait pas de climatisation comme indiqué sur le site, simplement un ventilateur, pas de balcon non plus, pas de jardin avec gazon synthétique et salon d'extérieur, WIFI quasiment inexistant. Matelas un peu fatigué. C'était la chambre la plus basique de l'hôtel, celle destinée, peut-être, aux clients qui ne restent qu'une seule nuit et/ou qui réservent sur Hôtel.com, alors que le taux d'occupation ce jour là n'excédait pas les 50 % à notre avis. Le petit déjeuner à 9,50 € n'a rien d'exceptionnel non plus. On s'attendait à mieux d'après les commentaires élogieux sur cet hôtel 1 étoile (prix de la chambre : 142,49 € + petits dej).

Estancia muy agradable. El personal muy bien. Todo muy limpio y el hotel decorado de forma muy encantadora. Entorno muy tranquilo y silencioso. Únicamente tener en cuenta que para moverse hay que coger el coche pues está a las afueras de Orio aislado junto a una carretera sin acera. No obstante totalmente recomendable y volvería al hotel si volviera a Orio

Gal at front desk was excellent - friendly, helpful. The setting is fine. Nice building. BUT - bed was run down, sank in the middle. Impossible to sleep. Biggest problem: no air in the room. So, we opened the windows. BUT, it's right by a small stream = flies and mosquitos! So, we closed the window and dealt with a small, very stuffy room. If they added air and bought new beds we'd go back, because otherwise it was clear. However, until then, we won't go back.
