We adore this property, with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on.The property is clean, comfortable welcoming and within a gated community. Love the swimming pool and proximity to both beach and huge shopping centre. Ideal location. Our second visit and certainly not our last. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at this villa and we are a family with a 16 year old, 7 year old and 2 year old. Villa has spacious, clean and really well kept. There was tea coffee and sugar on arrival which was lovely. The pool and pool area was lovely and clean and there’s was a shallow bit that was just the right height for our 2 year old to have a paddle. Was only a short stay for us this time but will definitely be booking for next year. Thank you very much!

The host was lovely it was a shame the neighbours were selective with how they were on the day. Complaining about is doing things that others were doing and wasn’t being told off for. We kind of felt we were being watched all the time

The property is very well located with respect to services and the the beach is within walking distance. It is clean, modern and comfortable. The pool and garden look good, but the weather during our stay was not warm enough for swimming and sunbathing.

Gorgeous property and lovely peaceful roof terrace. We only stayed for 4 nights but it was the perfect get-away. Beautifully looked after property that was well equipped and property manager and property owner were easily contactable, but we didn't need them as the stay went smoothly.

Just returned from a stay at Casa Mento.It is in an excellent location, walkable to many bars ,restaurants,shops and the beach. The hosts are very attentive and responsive to any queries that you may have and genuinely do care you have the best experience whilst staying in their property. The property is spacious ,clean with everything you need for self catering ,a home from home ! It is situated within a beautiful gated complex with a place to park your car should you hire one as we did .Very quiet at night and felt very safe . I would highly recommend a stay at this property,First Class in every way .!

You'll not want to leave this lovely home.
From start to finish this was by far the most pleasant and easiest booking I've made. Sebastian and Jesper are very attentive hosts and want to ensure that you have a wonderful holiday. Very genuine people who have your best interests at heart. The house is fantastic. Very clean and comfortable and in a perfect location for the beach, shopping and nightlife. There are 3 excellent outside areas for soaking up the sun or just generally chilling in the afternoon or evening. They have thought of everything that you could possibly need for you stay including beach towels and a large TV with Netflix and British channels for when the sun stays away. Our weather wasn't great but this didn't stop us having a great time. I forgot to bring the book I was reading at home and low and behold they had it in their cupboard. Just awesome. You won't be disappointed with this wonderful home. Go on book it, you'll love it. Thank you so much for sharing your home and for taking time out of your own family holiday Sebastian to check that we were having a great time. Take care and we hope to be back again in the future. Very modern , clinically clean, secure, well equipped and perfectly located for shops, restaurants and beach. The apartment has its own rooftop sun terrace which is just awesome. Smooth checking/checkout process and agent on hand if required. Pool and garden areas very well maintained and looked after. Beach is within walking distance although free parking is available on the sea front if needed. We will definitely return next year.

A lovely property, furnished to a very high standard and in a great location.
We’ve visited the Costa Blanca on many occasions but it was our first stay in this location. We loved the area, a great location, within walking distance of a selection of lovely beaches, restaurants and the large La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, which is shopping heaven if that’ s what you want to do on holiday! We hired bikes locally and was easily and safely able to cycle along the seafront, using the many cycle paths. Jesper the owner couldn’t have been more helpful before and after our visit. The property is lovely, with all mod cons and lovely furnishings, plenty of bath and beach towels. The complex is gated, so very safe, with a lovely communal pool area, which was very quiet, although it was only really the beginning of the season. The sun terrace gives all-day sun. With its proximity to Mercia Airport ( about 20 minutes by car) great beaches, restaurants and facilities I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

Great house, great location and great host.
This is not the hotel area of Spain, this is were you rent a house for your vacation, and there are a lot of houses to choose from. This is a great house and great location. This is my fifth year in Spain and probably the best one yet. I don’t think I have too describe this property, for the photos speak for themselves. The owner is one of a kind, helpful and trustworthy, and at least one of the stars is for him and his family. I recommend that you rent a car for your trip here, it’s not so hard to drive here for experienced driver. There is about three hours drive to Granada, and similar to Valencia, and it’s a lot to see there. Recommend the Nike outlet store in Alicante and the Nike Factory store in Murcia. My final recommendation is Rent This House.

A very comfortable stay at a modern and excellently equipped property. Lovely pool and communal complex and felt very safe and secure. Great location for bars, restaurants and shopping at the local commercial center. Communication with the owner Jesper was brilliant from start to end. He answered all questions really quickly and addressed any issues we had. Would highly recommend this property.
