The Hamaka Villa - Casa Juan - is located in a quiet, closed residential complex. The house is located directly on a wide, residential ring road (no through traffic). It has a large communal pool (with baby area). The pool is exclusively for residents and is directly opposite the villa (approx. 30m). Around the pool there are spacious real grass areas for sunbathing. The pool is not overcrowded even at the height of summer. The beach can be easily reached on foot or by bike. Take the small path out of the residential complex, which leads under the highway directly to the beach. Important for us and safe for you - there is no busy road to cross! The accommodation is located on a closed and fenced, private plot. You can park your car safely in front of the house or on the private property. In the garden, the orange tree creates a Mediterranean ambience and the barbecue provides delicious food...
The vacation home has 3 floors: we have a terrace, living and dining area with guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen on the first floor. This area is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and pellet stove. Smart TV with intl. Cable TV channels - Cable list:: Olé TV cable channelsOn the upper floor is the bathroom with shower, the two bedrooms, one with double bed + balcony and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. You can reach your private roof terrace (solarium) via the internal staircase. The solarium is completely private and well protected from prying eyes. Loungers, table and chairs invite you to sunbathe and relax. From here you have a view of the pool area and towards the beach, with the sea visible in the distance.
The nearest bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away and offer a selection of Spanish, German, Chinese, Indian, Italian and of course English food. This area of La Zenia also offers supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl (recommended for wines), Consum (recommended for Serrano, Manchego at the fresh counter, olive oils). Banks and pharmacies. A short walk of about 10 minutes takes you to the shopping center "Zenia Boulevard" (only a few minutes by car). This is the largest shopping complex in the province of Alicante with around 150 stores, restaurants, underground parking and casino.pets dogs, are allowed by prior arrangement.
