Fabulous Holiday Townhouse poolside 800Mtr. to the beach fully air-conditioned

The house was completed in the year 2000th All rooms have a separate air conditioning. In the resort Golden Zenia there is a community pool. Parking is available around the facility. The very well-equipped 4 room apartment has 100 square meters of living space, with a living room and. 3 Bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and a room with twin beds). All beds have been renewed in 2013 !!!!!!!!!! Fitted kitchen with El. Induction - Oven (2014 re-installed), built-in cupboards, hood, two fridge-freezer, washing machine in the patio. Living-dining room to the living room cabinet is a flat TV with satellite connection (Reciver). A couch for extra sleeping with table. The dining area consists of an extendable table and 6 chairs. The house is fully air conditioned (Each room has separate air conditioning). In the house are two bathrooms, a ground floor. with laundry and shower facilities. On the first floor a bathroom with tub and sink there. In both bathrooms, of course, is a toilet and mirror with shelf. There are two balconies in the house equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella. For the terrace in front of the house will be made available a table 6 chairs, deck chairs, barbecue, parasol. Bed linen and towels are provided for the first week. Pets on request (additional cost 2 euros / day). Charges up to the final cleaning and electricity / water / heating costs in long-term center are included in rental costs.
Wi-Fi can be offered at 10 euro / month. !!!!!!!!!!!!


In the immediate vicinity there are two airports (Alicante 50 Km, 30 Km Murcia, San Javier from the house. Airport pick up can be arranged for fee. Coming from Germany on the highway France to Torrevieja Orihuela Costa, there is a route through the ADAC or a route planner on our homepage. The resort Golden Zenia is located 7km from behind Torrovieja direction Cartagena. In the resort is located across the street from the house is a communal pool. Furthermore, there are several Restaurant`s, bar's, car rental, and several grocery store (Mercadona, Lidl, Consum in about 300m away). A larger shopping center is approximately 1 km from the holiday home. Sandy beaches can be found at 800m distance. The area offers also the possibility of air sporting activities: golf, cycling, diving, fishing, beach walking, swimming in one of the salt lakes located there. Attractions / Excursions: Palm Park in Elche, salt lake in Torrovieja, Nature Park, Flamincos, Badepark`s, Alicante old town and port, Tabarca Island, the only inland sea Mar Menor, Cartagena port, orange plantations.
