Apartment with a Large Roof Terrace

Built in 2007, this spacious apartment has been completed to a very high standard and has been tastefully furnished throughout. With a double bedroom, twin bedded room and a double sofa bed in the lounge, the property comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Features include, tiled floors throughout, air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, satellite TV (inc BBC/ITV channels) and DVD player. The property also benefits from a security alarm, a safe and communal pool area.

Sleeps 4/6. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms first floor apartment with large roof solarium and communal pool. Situated in a residential area within easy reach of bars, restaurants and golf courses.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, built-in double wardrobe, bedside cabinets, air conditioning unit, window with security grills and shutters.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinet, ceiling fan. window with security grills and shutters.

Bathroom 1, fully tiled with bath/shower, WC, Bidet, wash basin with mirror and extractor fan.

Bathroom 2, fully tiled shower cubicle, WC, wash basin with mirror and extractor fan.

Kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle along with a full range of cooking utensils, pots, pans cutlery and crockery. Ironing board and iron also included.

The living/dining room comprises double sofabed, easy chair, extending dining table and 4 chairs, flatscreen TV, DVD player, portable CD player, coffee table, display cabinet, floor lamp and air conditioning unit.

Private terrace leading from the lounge with bistro style table and chairs. Staircase to a extensive rooftop solarium containing 6 seater table and chairs and 4 sun loungers. Spectacular views of the surrounding area and benefiting from all day sunshine and outside lighting and electricity. A communal pool area accessible to guests only.

One full set of linen and towels are provided (own beach towels are required). Additional sets can be provided upon request

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Short stay prices, minimum 3 days, and monthly lets are available upon request.

Not suitable for disabled people or those with impaired mobility as this is a first floor apartment with stairs.

With La Finca, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin golf courses on the doorstep, the area also boasts up to 30 further courses within easy driving distance.

Excellent Blue Flag, sandy beaches are within easy reach of the apartment. The nearest at Punta Prima is within a 5 minute drive with a further 7 or 8 within a 15 minute drive.

With Murcia only 20 minutes distance and Alicante 40 minutes, both airports offer a great choice of convenient flights. Car hire is recommended but not essential.

Torrevieja with its numerous shopping facilities, street markets, beautiful harbour and promenade, extensive bars and restaurants is about 5-10 minutes by car. Cartegena, Murcia, Orihuela and Alicante are all an easy drive away (within an hour).

Two commercial centres with a variety of bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment within 5 minutes walk. Consum, a large supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Villamartin Plaza only a 10 minute drive away with bars and top class restaurants. Playa Flamenca Plaza a 5 minute drive away with restaurants,bars and live entertainment nightly.

Punta Prima is a 5 minute drive away with bars, restaurants and entertainment.
Terra Mitica is a large theme park, one of the best in Europe and is near Benidorm, around 1 hour away. Local trips are available.

Torrevieja is the nearest city and is a main tourist resort and has an array of shops, bars, restaurants and banks.

Waterparks are located in Torrevieja, and Benidorm
Patio Andaluz (Punta Prima) usually has flamenco twice a week in high season (booking recommended).

A £150 security/damages deposit is required (refundable upon confirmation of no damage.

Aircon/heater runs on a meter - €2 approx 6-8 hours usage

Arrival and departures are flexible according to requirements. The apartment can normally be occupied from 16.00 on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 on your departure day. Flexibility can be offered.

Usual rental, a bit tired, especially the bedding, and settee very uncomfortable. no cleaning materials supplied, had to purchase mop, bleech , scourers, etc, most of the kitchen cupboards were bare.

Great stay
Lovely clean apartment great value for money. Ideal for what we needed apartment was clean, comfortable with a great big sun terrace at the top! The complex in itself was well maintained and the pool area too was lovely and clean just what we needed after a hot day for a dip and cool down! Great communication from Kath we really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely apartment in a quiet location
Rented this apartment as it was close my mums house. It is situated in a quiet location but still close to local bars and restaurants. Due to the location access to own transport is highly recommended to explore the wider area.

We had a wonderful week at Apt168. A lovely apartment, in a quiet residential area but within walking distance of amenities (supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants etc). Excellent Dream Hills apartment
I can highly recommend this lovely 2 bed apartment. It is the second time we have stayed here. The owner was very helpful and organised transfers to and from Murcia airport. The apartment has great views from the roof terrace and we were lucky enough to have very good weather.

Lovely penthouse apartment
Excellent penthouse apartment, very clean, all you could need for a family holiday. I would say you do really need a car, although there is a good sized Aldi and a few restaurants within walking distance. I knew the location before I booked so this is not a negative.

We had a lovely time at this property. Communication in advance of the visit was good and the logistics for key pick up etc were very smooth. The apartment is well equipped with a/c units in living area and main bedroom which was great given the July heat. The location is great for access to bars and restaurants in via park 3. A car is definitely recommended

We arrived for a 10 day's , everything you need was in the apartment. the roof top terrace was great. Kevin was there to pick us up all went , he also did a couple of taxi journey for us which was great. A good set up all round we had a great time. Basic accommodation , but clean and quiet .
We have stayed at this apartment before. The apartment is basic but clean and that’s exactly what we were looking for. The area is quiet but that’s again what we wanted.There is an Aldiand a hardware store 5 min walk away if you need any essentials . Facility’s , could have done with more large bathroom towels and the shower unit in the second bathroom is very small , I’m 6 foot and 13 stone and couldn’t use it 😩.

Lovely apartment in nice surroundings
The apartment was in excellent condition with great views from the roof terrace of the salt lakes and mountains. There was good bars and restaurants 10, 15 and 20 minute walks away and nice beaches and scenic areas a short drive away. A faulty kettle was replaced immediately although an additional bath towel would have been appreciated as we had only one bath and hand towel to last the week. This did not prevent a lovely holiday with great weather for the time of year.

The property was very clean and tidy.
We had a very nice stay. The apartment was very modern clean and tidy. We were met by the key holder who showed us around. A very nice touch was the tea coffee sugar water butter and bread which he had got us at no extra charge. This came in very handy as the supermarkets were close when we got there on the sunday. The beds were very comfortable may be a little bedside lamp would go well in the double room. The roof top solarium was very spacious and good sunbeds were provided. The bars and restaurants were only a 10 minute walk in either direction and a supermarket was only a 5 minute walk away.I would recommend this to other family and friends.

Last minute trip
We booked this apartment just 7 days before we arrived. Communication with Kath was great, quick responses to my queries. Kev was waiting when we arrived and talked us through the many keys, tv controls, wifi etc etc. Everything was just as described and we settled in very quickly. We had a car so although the area is a few kms from the beaches we were able to get about ok. I think a car is essential. We used the roof terrace every day to soak up the sun and relax. We had one problem during our stay, the tv satellite box wasn't working. We contacted Kev, who lives nearby, and a new box was installed the next morning. We will definitely return to this apartment when we return to the area, thank you Kath.

GREAT HOLIDAY AND A GREAT APARTMENT
Had a great time ,,The apartment is set in a quiet residential area it is well kept with ample parking.It is very clean with ample space , the property benefits from two good size bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space and two well equipped bathrooms inc 2 showers and bath..It has a small outside balcony which stays lovely and cool with seating for two (be careful with patio door it locks when shut with no locks on outside) ,but the main feature is the roof top terrace with fantastic views of mountains , salt lakes and a distant view of the sea, it has plenty of good quality outdoor furniture (beds and seats) We found the a few bars and restaurants nearby ...but we felt the extra walk to La Florida (about 20 to 25 mins walk from the apartment ) worth the effort. We went to play golf and found the location very good, close to the courses of Villa martin and Las Colinas and close to the AP7 which opens up the Murcia courses further south. You can use the bus service down to the beaches of Playa Flamenca to Caba Roig which are superb but they do not run frequently so try and get a timetable from the locals to avoid a long wait, but I would advise having a car, The owner Kath was lovely to deal with, as was Kev the property manager who supplied the essentials on arrival... We are looking forward to returning next year
