Tastefully decorated, it consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with Italian showers, a beautiful and bright living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxation area in the basement, a fenced garden with lawn, 3 terraces, a large terrace, and a private heated pool, a beautiful terrace on the top floor, a beautiful 70 m² solarium on the roof with a view of the pink lake, and a private parking space.

It features WIFI, air conditioning, and heating on all three levels of the villa, a Smart-TV in the relaxation area. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, such as Aldi and Merca China, both within 800 m. Besides soaking up the sun, you can enjoy every moment thanks to the various terraces and the tranquility of the place. You'll appreciate the numerous points of interest nearby:

Overall very good would come again and stay if holidaying in the area villa was clean and spacious modern and felt comfortable it accommodated the whole family 9 of us the pool was fantastic.

Sehr schönes, grosses Haus ... aber ...
Wir sind mit zwei Familien und insgesamt neun Personen angereist. Die Entscheidung für dieses Haus fiel auf Grund der Größe, Anzahl der Zimmer und Bäder. Grundsätzlich wäre das Haus sehr schön gewesen, aber leider gab es dort im Vorfeld einen Wasserschaden, den man uns vorher und bei Einzug leider verschwiegen hat. Mit dem Versuch den Schaden zu übermalen, hat es leider nicht funktioniert, da man es doch sehen konnte. Die Ursache des Schadens wurde leider nicht beseitigt und es drang weiterhin Feuchtigkeit ein, so dass man es spürte und auch riechen konnte. Teilweise hatte sich auch schon Schimmel gebildet. Dies war in dem Keller, damit auch in zwei Schlafzimmern und für drei Personen mussten wir ein separates Appartement suchen und anmieten. Dies hat uns leider die ersten beiden Tage des Urlaubs doch etwas vermiest. Der Vermieter hatte uns eine einzige Alternative angeboten, aber die war viel zu klein. Die Mitarbeiterin selbst hat auf Anfragen zwar reagiert und wir haben am Ende auch eine kulante Vereinbarung gefunden, dennoch war es natürlich ein grosses Ärgernis und wir erhielten keine weitere Unterstützung bei der Suche. Ohne diesen Makel, ist das Haus aber sehr schön, der Pool gross und die Zimmer, Bäder in Ordnung. Die Küche war für neun Personen recht klein, aber hat am Ende aber gereicht. Am Pool war die Möbilierung in Ordnung, auf dem Balkon oder der Dachterrasse gab es leider kein einziges Möbelstück. Hier wären kleinere Sitzgelegenheiten schon wünschenswert.

Fint nytt hus med basseng! Litt usentralt! Vanskelig å finne frem til oppgitt adresse! Upresis adressering! Det manglet sittemøbler både på veranda og takterrasse, så disse fikk vi ikke brukt! Tette sluk i to av dusjene som vi måtte rengjøre selv for å kunne bruke de! Ellers var huset greit utstyrt og vi hadde et fint opphold tross alt

Great place for a family get together
The villa is really nice and perfect for a family get together. The outside space is great and we made great use of the pool. The facilities are good and any issues we had were sorted the same day by Fernando from Zapinvest. we would stay here again without hesitation
