"We had a fabulous stay here in late September and were really happy, overall, especially for the price. Grocery store nearby, easy walking distance to the Arena and Old Town. Jelena, the host, was fantastic. Very kind and accommodating with a different, local breakfast each morning. Really appreciated the clothes washing machine in the room. AC worked well. Parking not as easy as I hoped but we got it done. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Wir waren zu 5 in diesem wunderschönen Apartment, sehr gepflegt und alles neu, liebevoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden... sehr freundliche Vermieter - wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool hervorragend, sogar ein Gasgrill wurde angeboten, alles Zimmer mit Klima. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!"

"This residence was located in a very central walkable area of old town. We very much enjoyed exploring Rovinj. The residence hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and made our check in very easy. "This property is located 10 in walk from the ferry port, 5 min walk from the amphitheater, 5 min walk to the kastel, and 4 min walk to the forum. The owner was very easy to reach over WhatsApp, was very good to communicate and work with. The appartment itself is an epidemy of cleanliness and convenience. "Three of us stayed in Cord's apartment for a week in Peroj. The apartment was in a wonderful location, not only for the view but also for the perfect central hub to see all in the Istrian peninsula that we wanted to see. Having the washer in the unit was a much appreciated amenity along with a well appointed kitchen. "The pictures advertised were not the pictures of the property. The mattress was very poor quality. The advertisement said there was a washer/dryer, but there wasn't. Dozens of bites on my body which were worse in the morning. The admin were not bothered at all. The people upstairs were regularly up until 3:00a.m. and you could hear everything despite the advertisement stating there was soundproofing. Had to put down 100euro cash deposit which I did not know about. No credit card option. "

"This is a hotel outside the city of Pula. Easy check-in, friendly staff, free parking, very good breakfast. Room is a little small and bathroom fixtures are odd, shower in particular.
