Perfect stay in Orient bay
We had a great stay for 10 nights! Nice sized villa for us, not to big we feel lost. Nice quiet location, but close enough to the village we could walk for dinner and the beach. Private at the end of the street. Connected to other villas but very quiet.

UNSAFE, Dirty, Bugs all over!
We were woken up several times in the middle of the night by very loud and strange noises. We heard someone walk through the back gate at 4am and walk right beside the exterior bedroom door. We did not feel safe at all! There is no shallow end in the pool. You can't touch the bottom anywhere in the pool. Our skin felt slimy after getting out of the pool so I question if it's being cleaned properly. Tons of bugs in the pool and all inside the home. They only left 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths for a 4 night stay! DO NOT BOOK HERE!

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the property. The house was clean and safe. There was an abundance of supplies with all the modern amenities that one would expect. The view was amazing, the location couldn't be any better. Walking distance to restaurants, local grocery store, and the beach without ever venturing out on the moon roads. The house was very quiet and private. Would highly recommend this house and this location on the island. It is very close proximity to Grand Case, Marigot and Oyster Pond. Thanks for letting us enjoy your property!

Stunning natural beauty
We have been traveling to St. Martin every year since 2004. This time we stayed a month, and never tired of the view. It was so beautiful that we spent most days lazing by the pool watching the hundreds of birds that were performing an intricate dance both below and above us. The proximity to the village and the beach is perfect. The village is magical at night. There were some items listed in the description of the property that are incorrect. There is no hot tub/ spa, no dryer, only a portable drying rack, and the icemaker does not work. The knives could definitely use an upgrade. Given that, in all the rentals we have stayed in over the years, they did not have those items either. Thank you for sharing your property.

Relaxation with a view
What an incredible view in total privacy. The last house on the end of the road with an amazing deck and pool. Modern interior with everything you need. We walked to the beach/grocery store/restaurants and didn’t really need a car as everything was within 5 minutes. We’ve stayed in this area before and this was by far the best property we’ve stayed at.

Better than expected
Our two week stay at the Villa was a trip to remember. Waking up to the sunrise above Oreint beach with all the colorful roofs along the ocean front From the pool deck you could see countless Iguana's resting on the tree tops and humming birds on the flowers.Quiet and peaceful close to shopping and the markets and may great restuarants in Orient Bay Village. Close to the great restuarants in Grande Case also. The host was there to answer any questions. A very clean place that we would highly recommend for a great vacation.

Privacy, peace, and proximity
Isabelle’s place is situated in a gated community on a dead end street overlooking a nature area and inland lagoon. It has been tastefully decorated with zen touches and outfitted with all needed amenities for your stay. The beds are large (European king), comfortable and furniture is ample to meet 4+ guests needs. The place was super clean, the pool is the perfect temperature for an island refresh, was well maintained, and provided for an enjoyable and relaxing environment. Within a 7 minute walk you are able to access Orient Baie beach, restaurants, tiendas, bars and convenience- style stores where one can get food and beverages. If you have a car, a major grocery store, pharmacie, & cash points (ATMs) are a short distance away. Communication with Isabelle always is super responsive and if you don’t speak Francaise, her English is perfect!

Perfect Villa
We gave the property five stars as a wonderful way to enjoy this slice of paradise. The Villa is updated, well-kept, and very comfortable. The highlight is the spacious deck and pool situated for complete privacy and offering great views of the bay, preserve, and the sunrise. Convenience is another major plus as the beach, grocery and over 10 restaurants are only a five minute walk. The property owner/manager is first rate and intent that our experience was exceptional.
