"Not a bad stay overall. The property is a bit run down and has obvious signs of heavy usage over a long period of time. The staff was friendly and pleasant although the computer used to check in was down when I arrived so I had to wait. I've always said that it's a bad way to save money to have just one person on duty during the normal check-in hours. You end up with people standing there and waiting for a while when you could pay one more person for 5-6 hours a day to avoid that. I would say...

As the name (and price) suggests, the A-1 Budget Motel's rooms are fairly basic, and a bit small. But they've been nicely refreshed, and very clean. One nice feature: they've added plenty of electrical outlets, something that's often lacking in older facilities. I recommend A-1 Budget Motel. "

"We came to Klamuth Falls to watch our son play soccer for OIT. We stayed in Cabin 1, and it was the perfect getaway. While it isn't in Klamuth Falls, it is an easy and beautiful 25 minute drive to town. We loved the cozy nostalgia. The area was quiet and peaceful. For October, the weather was gorgeous, and we enjoyed walking around the lake and down the highway. "Our families met here to celebrate our moms 75th birthday and it fit us perfectly! We loved the views in the morning and the hot tub was so nice. We had 8 adults and 2 littles, and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked and we all loved sitting around the large dining table eating and playing games. The house was close to everything we needed to get to. We will be coming back here for our next gathering!"
