Unsanitary and Unsafe
Upon arrival we liked the place but realized it wasn’t clean or safe. We tried to find another place after arrival, but was not able to. Rather than write a long review I am going to list the things we had a hard time with. The neighbors car was blocking the driveway, we had to request that they move the car. No Trash bags or cleaning supplies, we had to purchase some, to clean the messes and dirty dishes before we could use them. Unsanitary conditions - Dirty Band-aid on the game room floor, Dirty Dishes, Pee on the beds TV was glitching out Bathroom floors were slippery - No floor mats Hazard - Broken Trampoline - It was a tease for the kids Random Maintenance People Showing Up- No Notice Maintenance people had the sprinklers on for most of the day, so we could not use the backyard that day. Lawn chemicals, gas and trash were left out by the maintenance people. We had NO seating outside so that was weird. I would love to share some photos, but this system doesn't have that option. Our stay in Orem was not the best. Elk Ridge Management left me feeling unheard.

better communication
check in was easy! walked through took a few pics because the trash cans in garage were both full. intake air vent very dirty, door to closet downstairs was broken, the n was missing on the Game on sign. didn't want blame for any of these things. we were there for a wedding. couldn't get downstairs shower on. communication was not good on this matter..was afraid to break the nosel, but figured out the Handle was VERY stiff to turn. the lawn needed to be mowed, like they hadn't started mowing for the season yet! Other then these things the place is nice!
