"The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep. "

"Booked on Internet as a cheap stop over on the way back to UK. On the map it looked relatively close to A10. It is reached by long straight A roads. The village is in the middle of nowhere. There is a big Lorry park fronting the road which you need to turn into. The hotel entrance is to the far right of the Lorry park. Sign Hotel and club entrance ! "Previous online reviews I read were not so good, but completely unfounded. We found it to be a charming little hotel. Front of house and reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. "The room was mostly clean - but I always find little hairs on the linens everywhere I stay - it's a curse. I stayed in Summer and mostly picked this hotel because there is a restaurant attached. It was closed my entire duration and not noted anywhere prior to booking, so that sucked. The chairs in the room were dated and stained - I didn't use them. The shower was weird - it's a swinging half door situation, which really only flooded the bathroom more. "
