"The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep. "

"The room was mostly clean - but I always find little hairs on the linens everywhere I stay - it's a curse. I stayed in Summer and mostly picked this hotel because there is a restaurant attached. It was closed my entire duration and not noted anywhere prior to booking, so that sucked. The chairs in the room were dated and stained - I didn't use them. The shower was weird - it's a swinging half door situation, which really only flooded the bathroom more. "

"An excellent hotel which we stayed at for a couple of nights either end of some mountain hiking. The staff where friendly and very efficient. Being off season the hotel was nice a quiet, with comfortable places to relax in and around the bar/lounge. "I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "
