What a great property!
We loved everything about our stay. The house was so clean and well-appointed with supplies. The outside fire table was so nice, the pool table and game room was a lot of fun, and the property owner was great to work with.

One of the best properties to stay
As described in the title, this is a very clean property and a great place to stay. It had really nice gaming activities and some board games. On top of that, kitchen was fully stocked up with all the necessary items. The Place was pretty clean. This is a very nice place to do star gazing as well.

Beautiful Home in a Quiet Neighborhood
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! We used it as a home base while visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Capitol Reef. It is a bit of a trek to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, etc., but the host offered suggestions on where to go with distances included. The beds were very comfortable after a long day of hiking, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Beautiful Log Home
Beautiful Home! This house was perfect for my family's Christmas gathering. The owner even had a decorated Christmas tree set up in the great rm for us. The gas fireplace added to the feeling of Christmas. All the rooms were spacious, plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 kids to hang out together. I especially loved staying on the East side of Zion and enjoyed the beautiful drive to and from the South side. Highly recommend this property!

Our vacation home in Utah didn't disappoint. It was the most stress-free experience in memory. The house was spacious, clean and perfectly sited for everyone in my family. Close to many different activities. The outside grill and inside kitchen areas get the highest marks from me because I was the cook. This was also my first rental via Vrbo and I am looking forward to doing it again. Extra special shout out to our host. He answered all my questions before we arrived and anticipated our every need. Zion Park Trip
Great house, and perfect location for Zion Park. 7 of us--4 adults and 3 children. The house was perfect--son and family upstairs and wife and I down. One of the best stocked homes we have stayed in. Great kitchen, living room and pool table. Enjoyed the fire pit at night. The house sets about 5 miles of HWY 9, but after turning on 9, it is less than 2 miles before you are in the beauty of the park. The kids enjoyed the pool and golf cart at the resort. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful house, relaxing stay
We had a great time at this house. Alban, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. When we got snow one day, he even came over in the morning (without us asking) to make sure our driveways were clear. There was plenty to do at Zion National Park nearby, but I also liked that the house was big enough and well-equipped enough to keep us all comfortable and entertained when we wanted to "stay home" or needed to because of the weather. The kitchen is well-appointed, so we had no problem cooking a Thanksgiving meal there. I loved the gas fireplace--just turn it on and enjoy.,

Great Log Home
This is a wonderful log home situated in a neighborhood but shrouded in trees for privacy. You have all the necessities and plenty of room for gathering together and enjoying your own space. Great location for visiting Bryce and Zion and the drives are stunning . If going to theNational Parks-Go early as it’s get’s very busy in later day. The owner sent loads of great information on the area for dining and shopping which was appreciated as you are remote in this region of Utah. I would return in a heart beat. Loved it all!

Great spot near Zion
This is a great spot in a gate community just outside Zion's east entrance. The houses are all new and spaced apart so you can't see your neighbors which makes it feel very remote. The house was extremely clean. The kitchen was very spacious and there was ample cookware. This is important as there are no dining options except in Springdale (30-40 minutes away). The only downside was there was no garage available so we had to pack the cars while it was snowing, but only a minor inconvenience. Would stay here again!

Perfect cabin!
We had a wonderful stay here! The cabin itself is just beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Nice woodsy area, we saw rabbits and deer right by the cabin! Great outdoor areas to eat and also a nice fire pit. The pool table and basketball goal were nice bonuses! The manager is very nice and responsive as well and even came by to check on us and give us some tips about the area. Be aware this location is East of Zion NP and with the scenic road takes about 40 min to get to the park. However, this location did put us closer to activities we also had scheduled in Orderville and Kanab. Most certainly grocery shop or get what you need in a larger town before you get to the cabin (we were coming from Vegas and stopped in Hurricane). Really loved the cabin and the whole trip...would love to come back!!

Super Clean, Open floor plan, with all the extras!
We had a group of 8 stay for a long weekend. The home was clean, with an open floor plan that we all LOVED! The outdoor grill & gourmet kitchen were perfect for us, as we cooked all of our own meals. There were 4 outdoor seating areas and we took advantage of all of them. Staying up late, sitting around the gas firepit, watching shooting stars with the outdoor music playing softly ~ it was peaceful and SO much better than we ever expected! Sharon was a great host and had fresh flowers waiting for us. She stopped by one afternoon just to check on us ~ all was in perfect order. The master shower was IMPRESSIVE ~ rain, mist, with at least 6 spray nozzles... we fought over who would take the next shower in such luxury! One afternoon, we were sipping wine on the patio and were surprised to see 2 wild turkeys and a HUGE jackrabbit leisurely walk by. The property is within walking distance of the Ponderosa Ranch. We would definately rent this home again!

Book it! It has everything.
We were a group of 2 families with 8 people total and we stayed here for a week to explore Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the surrounding areas. This property has 4 large bedrooms and bathrooms, huge sunny windows, enormous kitchen, and huge wrap around deck with 4 separate sitting areas. It is incredibly spacious with so many fun things for the kids and adults including a pool table, chess table, basketball hoop, gas fire pit, and many board games. We took advantage of the $20 per person weekly fee at the Ponderosa Resort nextdoor for unlimited swimming, hot tubs, water slides, kayaking, paddle boarding, ping pong etc. It was a perfect landing place after long days of driving and hiking adventures. You can hike observation point within a 10 minute drive and checkerboard mesa from a walk out your door. No need to drive into Zion for either hike. The kitchen and laundry room has anything you could imagine including detergent, spices, and coffee filters and so much more. Just show up with a suitcase and a few bags of groceries. This luxury vacation rental exceeded our expectations, especially dividing the incredibly reasonable price between 2 families.

Amazing!
Every few years we do a family vacation with my brother and his family. This year the kids wanted to go to the National Parks. They selected the Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce. I wasn't sure we could pull off the lodging. We check out VRBO and found this beautiful home. We made our reservation and within 10 minutes Sharon called me to.discuss our vacation plans. With Sharon's assistance she made great suggestions to get the most out of our trip and even helped us find a different home that we needed for our first night in a different area. This home is as beautiful as the pictures show. Every night, regardless of how late it was, we all sat out on the deck and enjoyed the night sky. So many stars, shooting stars and seeing the Milky Way. The kids had never seen it before. On Wednesday night we even saw the space junk burn across the night sky! Thank you so much Sharon for helping us make this such a great experience! The kids have a lifetime memories from this vacation! Cheers!
