"Friendly day staff at reception and bar. Night staff ... could be more organised."

"Service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process. The room was surprisingly big (I think a suite) and and shower etc was well maintained. We slept well and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. For the money we paid I couldn't find flaw in anything"

"Thin walls. Staff knew, shrugged and moved us to another building. Had to fight for room. Booked here and without proof would have slept in the car. When I showed her my iPad, she never apologized, just found us our first room which was sound proofed like a tent. "

"The property is located in a wonderful area in Slovakia, very quite, full of nature, very near to a lot of interesting places, very well equipped and the owner Mr. Ruud is very helpful and if you make a complain within few hours he will do everything to accommodate you. It was a wonderful experience and as we are regular users of Homeaway as we organised yearly holidays for the whole family this was one of the best experiences we ever had.
