The master suite includes a queen bed, a balcony overlooking the lush courtyard and community pool, walk in closet, and master bathroom. Guest Room #1 has a queen bed and is right next to another full bathroom. Guest Room #2 has two raised bunk beds (a queen air mattress is also available if your guests do not have a need for the bunk beds).
On the first level, you will find a gourmet kitchen that has a center island with a gas range, bar stools, and wine fridge. There is also the third full bathroom, a living room, a dining room table that will seat six people and a walk out covered patio with lounge furniture.
The condo is situated in a quiet gated community and consists of a pool, a fitness center, and two outdoor dining areas (one right by the pool). Eagle Beach is a short two block walk and there are several restaurants and a few bars in close proximity. There is also several casinos nearby. Palm Beach is a ten minute drive north and Oranjestad is a ten minute drive south. Therefore, the unit is very conveniently located.
As far as groceries, there is a mini market right down the street for quick essentials. There is also a Super Foods less than a five minute drive that is a major grocery store.
The greatest attribute of this home is that it is so close to all the amenities Aruba has to offer yet so simple to retreat to a peaceful oasis. Perfectly situated for families and/or romantic couples.
