A modern, detached villa of 140 m² in a peaceful setting. Featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 children's room, and 2 bathrooms. The property includes a fenced patio with stunning views, a plunge pool, and a 40 m² apartment in the backyard.

Each bedroom, as well as the living room, is equipped with air conditioning.
The guesthouse offers a living room with a kitchenette, a shower with a toilet, and a bedroom. The water in the guesthouse is at room temperature, while the bathrooms in the main house are equipped with hot water.

When booking for six guests, you will benefit from the additional comfort of the guesthouse, providing ample space for everyone to relax and unwind.

The beach is just a 10-minute drive away.

Had a great time staying on the island of Aruba and using this property as our basecamp for the week
Property manager was great! Responded immediately with ever request or question we had. Good location and nice size of property to spread out in. The pool was a great addition as well. Will stay here again when we come back

Nice central location
The property was clean, well arranged with amenities close by…house needs attention like more than 2 wine glasses, sharp useful cutlery etc. Great pool, ice maker and beach supplies but Please note there’s no hot water in the pool house and while the hosts were helpful we weren’t aware in their fine print there is a surcharge over 6 even for our kids under five yrs old which lead to unfortunate confrontation and demands at the house at very early morning hours for extra cash. Overall a quiet neighborhood with cold AC…lots of security cameras and rules but it’s safe for kids or maybe best for older couples.

Modern and Cozy.
This was the best VRBO experience we have had to date. We were welcomed by our host's upon arrival and they showed us around the property providing us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The backyard is a little oasis, and the addition of the guest house spoiled us even more! The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbours were friendly with the house being in close proximity to everywhere on the island. Onno and Nicole went above and beyond what is required of them in regards to ensuring we were up to date on activities and happenings taking place in the island, with our check in and check out experience, to ensuring everyone made it to the airport safely. On a closing note, we were visiting over New Years, and the Fireworks show that our family got to enjoy from the comfort of the backyard was beyond spectacular. We would love to make this our temporary home again when we get the opportunity to visit Aruba again. Thank you for the memories! Sabrina and Family.☀️

Birthday getaway
We stayed at this home for 7 nights and were overall happy with our stay! The host was very kind and was very attentive during our stay. Any time we needed something he was very quick to bring it! The rooms were perfect with great storage space in the master bedroom. Lots of kitchen stuff items and house was loaded with towels for our stay. Just a few minor things such as the house not being as clean (kitchen had dust all over the floor when we arrived), a used towel behind the door in the master bathroom and the location isn’t Oranjestad as specified in the listing but in Santa Cruz (not a big deal) but is hard to find. Took us a few turns to finally figure out where the house was located.Over all a good choice if you’re looking for a home large enough for a big group.
