The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Especially appreciated the nightlight in the bathroom. The floor of the bathtub being textured was a nice safety feature. We would stay here again when in the area.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. When checking in, the staff member was very rude and not welcoming. She place my key to my room and pointed to where I needed to go. All of my other check ins have been very welcoming and nice experience.

The overall property was nice. I’m sure once renovations are done it will be really nice. Construction wasn’t my issue, it was the cleanliness. Well, the lack the of. My first room was not clean, disgusting! My second room was clean but not clean as expected for this to be a hotel.

This property was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I cannot believe that Hilton put their brand on this hotel. We were greeted by an unfriendly desk clerk, we arrived at 1am and booked this hotel because it was on our way home and included free breakfast. We woke up to a flooded bathroom and although the breakfast area looks like it is going to serve breakfast they stated they were not serving breakfast due to the hotel being refurbished. Expedia showed ‘free breakfast’, I would have selected one of the many options around this hotel had I known it was not going to have breakfast and my stay would be horrible.
