"For some reason no one was at the property to welcome us on arrival, we had to call the owner to gain access to our accommodation. He had no idea that we would be arriving on the day. Apparently they had forgotten about our booking. The property looked as if it hadn't been in use for some time as it looked dirty on the inside. We always request the dalton room as is huge and has 3 doors which open out to the verandah plus great views of the golf course. Easy walk into orange to visit the shops pubs and restaurants. "
