This home is a cosy, renovated double-brick Californian Bungalow in trendy East Orange. Enjoy the tranquil, pet friendly garden while you settle in around the fire pit after a day of exploring Orange’s famous vineyards, or dining at one of the many delicious restaurants.

The house is just a stones throw away from the famous Bills Beans cafe for the best coffee in town and The Corner Store Gallery for art lovers. It is also convenient to Kinross Wolaroi School.

THE HOUSE AND GARDEN
From the cute front garden, enter into this heritage charmer and first notice the polished floorboards and newly renovated kitchen complete with SMEG oven and stainless steel appliances. Three spacious bedrooms, all with ample storage, have everything you need for a relaxing country get away.

The large backyard is fully fenced meaning your furry friends can bask in the sun while you enjoy an evening red or a hit of backyard cricket with the family.
