Jessica at the front desk was Great, Check in/check out was quick. She was very welcoming. We always choose Extended Stay locations when available.

I went to the front to tell the guy about how dirty the room is and to please change me rooms, and he tells me "well you do know this is a 2 star hotel" i was like wow really. Anyways he changed my room to another dirty room, he told me to look at it first because he wasnt going to change me again. It was just as dirty but at least the sheets looked clean.

Sad to report problems, but this place needs professional cleaning. Bathtub was dirty, water faucet dripping. Kitchen cabinets in very poor condition. Desk table marked with polish. Outside of property was well kept.

There was dog poop outside, the rooms and hotel reeked, I had called the front desk several times from my personal and my room phone and she never picked up. I came down stairs to find her right next to the phone, I tried telling her someone was smoking upstairs and tried telling her where and she cut me off for another person. There was people with pets who would bark the whole time. It felt more like I was staying in a crappy apartment than anything. Everything smelled musty and nasty.
