The parking was free that was a plus. They offered a few drinks at happy hour. The room was quiet and clean however the neighborhood is rowdy and dangerous for families. We were there Halloween night and were awoken by super loud street racing which lasted an hour until the police and ambulance showed up. This hotel is in need of serious renovations and updating of the bed, mattress and furniture. The bathroom had a nice separate tub and shower but needs to be updated. Definitely do not recommend this hotel! I have had a better nights sleep at motels across from Disneyland .

The property needs serious updating but free parking was a plus. However, close parking is very limited as the parking lot fills up fast at night. The setup of the room was nice and clean. The bed, mattress and overall furniture needs updating. The bathroom also needs renovation. Only nice thing was the separate shower and tub option. The room location was quiet however we were awoken at 1am in the morning by street racing which was super loud and visible from our room. At one point the police and paramedics showed up. This was Halloween night and it was crazy! I have had a better nights sleep at motels across from Disneyland. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.

We did not have a good stay at this hotel: (a) the staff was curt and unhelpful, (b) the breakfast was awful, (c) housekeeping did not clean our room for two days, (d) when housekeeping did "clean" our room, they just pulled up the blankets on the bed and dropped off some new towels, they did not empty the trash or remove a tray with dirty cups, (e) there was a butter knife outside of our door when we arrived and it was still there when we left three days later, (f) the shower had no door handle and was moldy, the toilet broke one night, and our lamp shade was broken, (g) our room faced the freeway and was loud, (h) at night we could hear clapping from the convention down below, (i) the hotel was supposed to have a shuttle to Disney but did not, and, although we spoke with three different people at the hotel, they all gave different directions for the bus stop, and (j) the blanket on the bed is a thin insert between two sheets.
