All staff were very nice and helpful. Rafael at check in made the start of our stay extremely welcoming. Although it was quite booked, never had any issue with staff being too busy to help. Be prepared for a short wait if you do stay during events.

I’ve stayed at this property a few times and it’s always been a good, comfortable stay. This time however, I took a couple stars away from the staff due to the valet working the night I stayed. There was a problem with opening the guest parking gate. Instead of being helpful and opening the gate with his key, he ignored everyone stuck behind the gate for about 20 minutes and just kept talking about how he was the only one on duty that night. I finally pleaded with him to open the gate and he begrudgingly walked over and opened it. It took one minute. Literally no time at all.
