"We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay near the downtown or ferry/seaplane port. Natalie was very welcome and accommodating. "We drove all over the island did multiple excursions and ate out at the local restaurants. Had a great experience at every thing we did. I felt the kitchen allowed me to cook breakfast and at least one steak and vegetable dinner for our party of six that was top notch. I want to recommend that people come to this location Estate Little Princess Hill 13 North and enjo the palatial estate. We were "wowed" by the place. Kudos!!!"

"Our expectations were surpassed on every level! The house, the view, the amenities were outstanding. The best aspect by far was Leo. Before we arrived he sent us recommendations that were spot on. We ate at almost every restaurant he recommended and the boat tour he suggested was fantastic. He went above and beyond and picked up our luggage at the airport because it didn’t fit in our rental. "Holy cow! This was my favorite short term rental I've stayed in on St Croix, and in all honesty, my favorite I've ever stayed in, anywhere.
