Ground floor walkout condo on the beach. Located in Phoenix East II. 3 Bedrooms + Pull out queen couch, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 10)


This is a ground floor unit with large tiled wrap around patio that is steps to the zero-entry pool/ beach / grilling area / fenced kids splash zone . Professionally cleaned before each stay. Extra large capacity washer and dryer and wet bar with ice maker.

Free WiFi is included along with Dish Network satellite. All bedrooms and living room have smart televisions that are new as of July 2024.

This is a premium rated unit with many upgrades. It is much nicer than majority of premiums in the older buildings.

It is equipped with a Wet Bar and new under cabinet ice maker in the family room.

Updated counters and cabinets with stainless appliances and 10 foot ceilings unlike the older Phoenix units. The tubs are all cast iron, with no plastic inserts.

Unit was professionally decorated with updated upscale decor. Sleeps 8 in beds (3 queens and 1 king) comfortably, and 10 with sleeper sofa in the family room.

Wireless Internet and Satellite TV included.

Fall Break 2024
We had the best time during our trip. This is the perfect spot especially if you have smaller children (or even if you don’t). The condo was so spacious and beautifully decorated. I can’t think of anything that could have made it better. We felt like we had a luxury condo with the whole pool area right in our back yard! A wonderful vacation experience
The location is perfect for families with children. The patio area is right off of the pool and splash pad, so we could walk right up from the beach or pool and unload our things. The condo is clean and spacious, equipped with everything that we needed. Will definitely be back!

Most relaxing experience ever
This was my first condo experience and it was the most relaxing time I have ever had. I really enjoyed the view as well as its close distance to the Flora/Bama. I would highly recommend this condo to any person or family that is looking for a relaxing vacation get a way.

Steps to the pool
Amazing property! Perfect location for little ones if a balcony is a concern. We did have a family of 7 so the bedroom layout was also perfect however it was a little tight with the living room furniture but not that big of a deal. You will not be disappointed with this condo.

Good size bedrooms, comfy beds, comfy couch. Love staying on the bottom floor, chose because of 2 young grandsons and was definitely the right decision the photos on the website are what got us interested and did not lie. If you chose this condo, you will not be disappointed and if ever get to go back to Orange Beach this will be my first choice of accommodations.

Wonderful condo!
Our stay at the beach was short but sweet. The condo Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Our family loved the ground floor unit and allowed our Children to swim in the pool while we sat on the patio. The condo was beautifully decorated and the owner was Extremely helpful and accommodating. We will definitely Return to this condo.

Absolutely perfect
We booked this vrbo for just a couple days and every single person was disappointed that we couldn’t stay longer. The location was perfect and if you have kids you can’t get any better. The pool is just right outside the patio, but completely fenced in so no worries for the little ones. The beach is such a short walk and the indoor pool is so close. We’ve already talked about our next trip and booking an entire week just so we can thoroughly enjoy all the things that this condo had to offer.

Great Spring Break Stay
We loved the location of this condo. It was so convenient to walk out the back door and have the outdoor pool and beach access right there. It was also so close to the indoor pool and hot tub. We would go back and forth from the beach to the warmth of the indoor pool. It was too chilly our week to swim in the outside un-heated pool.The condo was very clean and adequately stocked with what we needed for basic meals. Megan was very kind and easy to work with. The beach was perfect white sand, great water, and not too busy. If we every come back to Orange Beach we will look for this unit! Thank you!

True to the Description
This condo is perfect in so many ways. I loved being on the ground floor and being able to walk out the sliding doors right to the pool. No having to wait on elevators, no noise at all and the condo is upgraded all the way. One of my favorite things was how dark you can make the bedrooms at night for sleeping. I just love the convenience of everything about this condo. I will return and request this unit each and everytime I go back to Orange Beach. It is truly a vacation!

Excellent Vacation Experience
We LOVED this condo. The location is perfect - with access to the pool right outside the door! The beach access is also from the pool - making packing up and going to the ocean easy! The beds were super comfortable. MIL had her own room, our 4 boys shared the room with 4 beds and my husband slept in the 3rd room. There was tons of storage for our outfits and with laundry in the unit, we brought home clean clothes - which is a big deal for us moms! The pool was clean and great for relaxing. Beach rental chairs were easy. Food options were great - Docs, Tacky Jacks & The Gulf were our favorites. Megan was easy to communicate with and quick to answer us whenever we asked a question prior or during our stay. We had the best adventure and my kids had a great first time visiting the ocean. We will be back!

Nice place with a questionable housekeeper
The location and condo were nice. The property is relatively clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is a bit sticky mostly because you have to grip the doors and drawers to open them as they don’t have handles. There are adequate pans, plates ect. but bring your own kitchen towels and washing supplies as only one towel is provided. Bring paper towels and cleaner for cleaning. Bring detergent as none is provided. Be out before 10 - not at 10 or the housekeeper will get in your way and yell at your children while you are trying to leave. This is an nice rental in a nice location but don’t expect any hospitality. Read the fine print carefully. Also, parking passes aren’t included in the rental but if you rent from the main property they are included.

Great place for family with children
We arrived with 5 adults & 3 children (ages 11,4 & 2). The location of the condo was fantastic. The ground floor was perfect for the kids to play outside. The patio area gave us a great place to watch them. The shore was a boardwalk away. The indoor pool was just across the hall. The place was quiet (especially for during spring break.) Sound within the unit itself was good. With an interior patio, off the master bedroom, kids could play even in rainy weather. It was as advertised. The kitchen was stocked with dishes & appliances that more than handled our needs. Closet and drawer storage were great. Parking worked well, as did the outside basketball court. We found whatever amenities we wanted or needed close by. Grocery stores, restaurants, tour boats etc were near by. VRBO, as well as the owner, were very helpful and quick to respond. Any question posed to the owner was answered promptly. We felt that the cleanliness of the unit was under par, especially with a cleaning fee included in the cost. When we arrived there were clothing items and general debris left on the tile floor under the couches. Needless to say, the little ones found the items sticking out from under the couch quickly. Being we're on the beach, cleaned windows would have been nice. The furniture was not the most comfortable-well used. Minor items that were broken (ie. light fixture, dresser drawer), when brought to the owner's attention, he attempted to correct them. We booked this unit because of the family rated reviews. And it met those criteria very well. Considering the cost of the unit, we were surprised by the cleaning issues- which can be easily rectified. The unit was a great place to relax and enjoy the shore. Our family did well there & I would recommend the unit.
