Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony as well as freshly updated decor and tiled living area (bedrooms are carpeted) make this 2,038 square foot, three bedroom, three bath sixteenth floor penthouse a renter's favorite!

Fully appointed kitchen, including ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Other features include 10 foot ceilings in the living and dining room with seating for 6, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space. Living room and master bedroom TVs feature an expanded programming (Prism) package.

If I have any suggestions, it would be to include lounging blankets for guests so that it feels like home away from home. Also, the humidity and temperature difference between the main bedroom and living area can be quite noticeable if the bedroom door is closed. Overall, it was an excellent stay and an excellent unit. The value for the time we stayed was very good.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has enjoyed multiple stays at Seachase. This particular stay had several disappointing things that we had not experienced in prior stays. The quality of bed linens and towels was extremely poor. The sheets did not seem to fit the bed and they were extremely thin and scratchy. In addition, the towels provided did not do an adequate job of drying and several had visible holes in them. This is not what we have become accustomed to at Seachase. The condo and property was extremely clean and exactly what we have come to expect with Seachase.

Clean and good location
Property was clean and in a good location. I agree with another review on here though that for the price you pay per night, I did not feel the property was “well equipped.” Owners should provide more family friendly items, such as board games, beach chairs, beach/sand toys, etc. Also, be prepared to buy/bring all paper goods and cleaning supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, coffee filters, dish washer detergent, etc.). You are provided with one of each of those things, and they are of the cheapest quality. Most people are traveling hundreds of miles and these things take up a lot of space In the car. This is my only complaint for this condo, and if that’s not something that is an annoyance to you, then it’s a great place to stay. I just felt that for the money we spent to stay here, we could have been provided with more, as has been my experience with every Vrbo I’ve ever rented.

We've stayed at many different condos before and decided to give SeaChase a try after our original booking was canceled. The grounds and personnel are great but our unit (1605W) was tired and outdated. We've stayed in condos that cost less ($65 to $90 a night less) that were much more updated and modern. After our original booking was canceled we scrambled to find a new condo. We came across SeaChase and decided to give it a try. We chose 1605W because we like to be as high as possible in rentals. The views are great and the 3 pools and hot tubs were great. Only disappointment was the actual condo. The sinks in every bathroom came up to my knees. I at first thought I was in the kids bathroom but after checking each bathroom realized that a 3 foot high sink was standard. And the finishes looked to be original to when the condo was constructed. (1994) The appliances were also on the low end. Folks, I'm not a snob so when you get charged as much as we were there's a level of fit & finish I expect. (Didn't get it here) And while there was an ice machine in the unit, it ran constantly at a decibel level of 15 to 20. The noise was pretty intrusive. Now, we didn't hate the unit, just wish it was more modern and upscale. (Again, for the $$$ charged) The furniture was ok for the most part and the beds were comfortable.

Annual Family Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 5th year to stay at Sea Chase for our family vacation. The location is central to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Especially the Flora Bama!!! We have always enjoyed the unit we rented. They are clean and spacious. The guards at the gate are always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Sea Chase! The resort has 3 pools, hot tubs, direct beach access and a fitness center.
