Looking for a bright and cozy retreat to call home on your next trip to paradise? You'll realize you've found the perfect spot when you choose to stay at this updated 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental located in the Tradewinds complex, suitable for up to 6 guests!

The first thing you'll notice when you step inside Tradewinds 208 is the bright, breezy atmosphere that flows from the door to the balcony! The private balcony looks out at the shimmering gulf and beckons visitors to enjoy wine, coffee and conversation during the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A fully equipped kitchen with granite counters allows you to enjoy cooking fresh meals and fixing snacks for your day at the beach. Four barstools at the counter height bar provide dining space and a place to sit and chat with the cook while dinner is prepared. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. In the living room, a comfy couch and arm chairs await for you to relax in while you enjoy TV or surf the free Wi-Fi. The sofa pulls out into a sleeper sofa and there's a twin bunk alcove in the hall, all of which are perfect for kids and teens. The guest bath is right across from the bunks and features a tub-shower combo. The master room has a plush king bed and access to a private bathroom with walk in shower, so aside from ample sleeping options - there won't be any lines to get ready for the day or freshen up before bedtime!

When you are ready to enjoy the amenities, you will have access to a heated indoor pool (heating the pool in late November and it stays heated until April) with a swim through feature to the heated outdoor pool! A BBQ area also provides the perfect space for putting your grill skills to good use!

Whether you are looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. One (1) parking pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you need a second parking pass, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival so that we can charge you for it and provide it to you at check-in. The cost is approximately $35 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. The parking pass is inside the property on the kitchen counter. You must complete (no blank lines) and display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.

* CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day.
