Welcome to The Palms! This spacious condo has been recently remodeled and beautifully decorated with soft neutral tones and a splash of tasteful beach decor. Enjoy whipping up a fresh meal in the spacious, full-size kitchen with granite countertops and all of the utensils you need to make meal prep a breeze. Prepare refreshing beverages and enjoy them on your private balcony as you take in the views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach-being located on the 10th floor has its perks! With this beachfront getaway, you will also have access to the on-site amenities such as a sauna, tennis court, indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball court, and beach access!

Just steps from the condo, you can access the beach boardwalk and enjoy the sun and sand! You are also within one mile of town where you can enjoy mini-golf, souvenir shops, delicious dining options, and more. Don't forget to enjoy a day at The Park at OWA (12 miles north) where you can find exciting rides, an arcade, and a variety of restaurants and shops.

Balcony construction will be occurring from September 18, 2023, until May 17, 2024. During working hours, noise may be audible and balconies may not be accessible.

Great location
Great property, only had a couple of hiccups, only one trash bag for four nights, also had a drain plugged with hair i n guest bathroom ,grandson was ankle deep in water, after removing, drain works fine , great location, awesome view, saw dolphin and sharks from balcony,really an awesome property

1002 beautiful decor and furniture. We enjoyed staying on top floor great balcony to enjoy the ocean view. The only thing condo didn’t have was a pot holder, we made due. Definitely will stay there again.

Everything was great except for the weather! It rained 3 out of the 4 days we were there.
The condo was very clean and enjoyed the ocean view. Our ceiling fans in the master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms did not work. The light in the master bedroom did not work. It didn’t seem to cool very well. The condo was very pretty and very clean!! Great spot!

Property was beautiful and met all our needs, exceedingly in most areas. Extremely clean and very comfortable bedding. The only issue we had was with parking room (especially if you get back to property late at night) which led us to having to park across the street on 2 nights of our stay. This was due to construction in the parking lot...which was fully disclosed to me prior to arrival. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our property. It was huge and one the beach. Pictures were spot on. The only downside (even though it is small), we received only a few items to cover 1-2days instead of the week. So we had to go by toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. Typically we have just bought food and everything is supplied.
