We booked for a two-night stay with a youth group-11 people. The beds were great, and the place was clean. A/C worked great. Appliances mostly new. Prior to arrival, I verified dishes for 11, coffee, condiments, spices. Upon arrival, there were dishes for only 4 and no food items. Our $700 Walmart food order had just been delivered and we had no way to cook and no dishes to serve meals on. I contacted Justin and he immediately ordered a Walmart delivery of a pots and pans and a 12-piece dish set (4 more plates). We got no additional cups/glasses/coffee/spices. The listing has a hot tub under popular amenities. There is no hot tub. The wifi code listed in the check-in details was not correct. There were only towels for 6 guests. Justin ordered towels delivered on our 2nd day there. In the end, our stay was good, but those first two hours were super stressful as we tried to figure out how we could make this work for our group. Justin was very responsive, but it would have been much better if the place had been set up with everything we needed prior to our arrival. We awaited the check-out instructions, as we were told they would come the day prior to our departure. They never came, so we had to ask what was expected of us. I am not sure if the problem with this rental is the owner or the 3rd party managers.

Lots of potential but not impressed
The location of this property is really good - basically a 10-15 minute drive to everywhere. The property has potential to be a nice space, but it definitely needs some work. A little TLC and this could be a very solid place to stay. A few issues: Not the full house as pictured No pull out couches as described in the listing No hot tub as described in the listing Open holes in the wall for wiring Damage on the walls WiFi password was incorrect Back door couldn’t lock from the outside Trash was never dumped - smelled terrible
