Located at Sugar Beach Condominiums, this third (top) floor unit offers acompletely remodeled interior with a pristine kitchen and a convenient bathroom on each floor. The white sand beach is just a few feet from the pool area. Your condo provideseasy access to grocery stores, shops, and popular restaurants. Enjoy a network of trails across the street for leisurely strolls or bike rides at Gulf State Park Trails. To discover more of the region’s beauty, visit Gulf Shores or Gulf State Park. The inviting living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, side chair, and a 42” TV. (The sleeper sofa is suited more for children than adults.) Whip up tasty meals in the pristine kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and ample cookware. When it’s time to eat, a dining table awaits you. Sleep soundly in the upstairs bedroom, which offers a comfy bed, 32” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower
combination. The downstairs guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. There are beach chairs and children’s beach toys available in the unit. A washer and dryer combo is located in the unit. Enjoy the on-site amenities, including four unheated pools (one can be heated in winter months, as well as a kiddie pool), a tennis and pickleball court, and the seasonal Sugar Shack snack bar (open in summer months).

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
