Spend sun-soaked days at The Oasis (the complex pool), and enjoy easy access to shops, dining, and entertainment within the Wharf complex. Make an easy 15-minute drive to Orange Beach to dig your toes in the sand!

LIVING AREA

After a day on the water, kick back in the modern living area, furnished with a plush sofa and two armchairs. Make some popcorn and have a movie night on the 39” cable TV and DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the upscale kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a wine fridge.

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather together at the wooden table set for four.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps four guests between the two bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the master suite, furnished with a king bed and 39” cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity, jetted tub, walk-in shower, and water closet.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and cable TV. A second en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the hallway) features a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

Dine alfresco on the sixth-story balcony, furnished with table seating for four. Or simply relax on two additional sitting chairs and enjoy the sunset.

Soak up the sun at the sparkling on-site pool (5’ deep). Enjoy access to a shared fitness center.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We really enjoyed how close it was to the amphitheater and the fact that there were plenty of restaurants and bars right there no need to go anywhere else. No need to drive but if you wanted to the beach is still only a short distance.

Overall a good experience.
Condor decor 10/10, property management communication 1/10. Tried to contact management twice with no success. We checked in on a Sunday, and when we tried to request to check in an hour early no one answered the phone or returned our texts. We again tried to contact management again via phone to report the shower being broken in the master bedroom, but no one answered the phone. Also it should be noted that the pool is 1/4 mile away. Technically on the property, but not a quick walk. We were told there was a tram to shuttle us back and forth, but found out the tram only runs during their busy season. Kind of disappointing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Fall Getaway
We loved everything about staying here. I highly recommend this property and The Wharf location. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We had plenty of space and the condo was clean and comfortable. The comforter on the king bed was a little dingy and could probably be replaced. We cooked a little, but there was no salt, only pepper. We also had to buy a pack of coffee pot filters, but we left those behind. We also picked up a cheap beach umbrella to go with the two beach chairs that were already there. We left the umbrella for future guests to enjoy. It would have been a little awkward on the plane. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there. Both my spouse and I agreed, we would do this trip again at some point in the future. We felt like coming in mid-October was a perfect time. The ocean water was still warm enough.

Awesome place and location!
We love the Warf and the location was perfect for us with restaurants near by and stores to shop at. The view was perfect too. In the front we can see the laser night shows and in the back you can see the water and boats. It was perfect place for my teen too. Teens got to have fun swimming in the pool and volleyball in sand and shopping in the stores.

TERRIBLE CONDO-ROOM#617
This was a terrible condo! Both showers were broken our entire stay. 6 people had to share 1 tub and the water never got past warm! The freezer leaked, the remote controls for the fans in both rooms did not work-when the lights were on, the fan was on, when the lights were off, the fan was off. So you either were freezing during the day or sweating at night. The remote controls for the tvs in both rooms did not work! The curtains in the front bedroom were falling down so you couldn't close them all the way for any privacy! A picture fell off the wall in the middle of one of the nights in the front bedroom and scared everyone. It was stuck to the wall with double sided tape, not hung with a nail. We were interrupted our whole trip by maintenance men that never solved any of our problems. Management company said there was nothing they could do for us. Definitely would NOT recommend anybody staying in this condo! You would think they would inspect their condos before renting them to the next guest-but I guess money is the only thing they cared about! Will not go through TurnKey again!!!

Great Family Vacation
The condo was located at the perfect spot overlooking the Wharf shopping area, restaurants and close by the elevator (which was prefect for unloading all of our groceries and luggage). Even being that close you couldn't hear any of the music playing at night with the door closed. It was a great spot though to hang outside and enjoy the atmosphere in the evenings. You can tell the owners really try to supply the condo with all the fun beach supplies you would need which helps when traveling from out of town. Beach chairs, floats and even a couple of boogie boards! The beds were comfy, even the pull out couch was comfortable. The views were amazing. I did only give 3 starts for cleanliness. The condo floors were not very clean. We stopped my infant son from putting a leftover medication of some type in his mouth when we arrived. Also, there was a bit of mold growing in the shower of the front bathroom. I would just suggest that Turnkey makes sure the cleaning crew is thoroughly cleaning the condo in between guest stays. The owners have done a really nice job providing a beautiful place to stay and they really deserve 5 starts across the board. We plan on booking this condo again next summer and cant wait to come back!

Very nice property, condo had everything we needed. View from the balcony and condo was spectacular. Really liked having a bathtub and a shower in the master bathroom. Property was clean except for the floors which we have come to expect with any condo rentals in the area. I am not sure why this is but none are ever thoroughly mopped. Easy solution, just keep shoes/slippers on inside. Lovely condo, Great color/decor! Will definitely rent again.

Overall this condo was amazing! Top of the line! Only issue was on the second day, the door code quit working, but with a call to customer service, I had a new code within 30 minutes. I will definitely check for availability for my conference next year!

we have stayed at the wharf quite a few times and this was our first time in this room. It was definitely our favorite. It had awesome views and was set up perfectly. Really hated to leave such an awesome place. We will be back.

We don't go to the beach all that often so I was very careful in choosing where we would stay. We were not disappointed! This condo was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It was very clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the wharf. We particularly enjoying the larger balcony area and used the grill quite a bit during our stay. We would highly recommend this condo!

My family stays at the Wharf yearly. We love the convenience of never having to leave the property. The Oasis pool and lazy river area is never crowded and is very spacious allowing for ample "social distancing". This unit was very clean. The management company had excellent communication throughout and answered questions via text promptly.

Excellent stay! Best sleep ever!
This place was super clean and the decor is so nice. We had everything we needed and then some. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable. The pillows and mattress were heavenly. Our kids loved the pull out couch bed. The deck is very spacious and of course the view was perfect. The master bedroom closet has a nice stash of floats already blown up which was a really nice surprise. This condo is located right next to an elevator which was very convenient. We'd stay here again and hope to get to soon.
