Relaxing and comfortable
The condo was very cozy, nicely decorated and stocked with everything you might need. Beautiful view from the balcony, comfy bed and pillows. The parking passes were missing from the condo, but with a quick phone call to Vacasa, we had them in hand! Will definitely be returning next year.

Great Beach Vacation

Nice location but tight
Great location with great views. However, it’s really tight for 4 people. The master door almost touches the bed when opened. There isn’t room for luggage, so we put our clothes in the drawers in the closet. However the drawers can’t fully open because of the closet doors. The kitchen was missing basic items like an oven mitt and a liquid measuring cup too.

Awesome condo and view!
Easy booking and communication was great. My kids and I enjoyed all the amenities. The Keurig was definitely a plus, and we loved the mini-ice machine! 😊 The couple issues we had were resolved quickly, and even when one of the elevators broke, it was repaired the next day. Can’t beat the view…even on a chilly day, being on the balcony was a must!!

Master bed very rickety and noisy. Folding doors to laundry closet off hinges when we arrived and leaned against a wall. Shower pressure was great! View is great! Balcony door very difficult to close and was without an outside handle to open.

Furniture Not Suitable
The couch, recliner, and mattress are all old and worn. The recliner has the main seat seam coming apart and the furniture smelled old. The "queen" bed was more like a full size and the mattress was very uncomfortable.

Great property, poorly managed and supported
Property was poorly cleaned (sand all over kitchen counters and 7 inch hair hanging off kitchen sink, etc) and washer was broken upon arrival with nasty stagnant water a few inches deep. Vacasa of Alabama provided their number in case of any issues, however I called them three days in a row and sat on hold for an hour each day, they would never end up answering. They provided no other form of contact with them. I emailed their main corporate office, then used their text based platform and FINALLY 6 hours later they text me back. The property itself was great however the lack of support from Vacasa was extremely unprofessional and I would go out of my way to avoid renting a property through them in the future.

Outstanding Property
Comfortable bed, great kitchen, plenty of kitchen appliances including a blender, and a great ice maker. Wonderful view of the gulf off the balcony and the canal out of the front door. Near Perdido Pass with lots of shells to find and great view of the sunrise, nearby pier if you want to go out over the water. Addition of The Wharf and really close to Flora-Bama for entertainment.

Great location!
It is a great location with a fabulous Gulf front view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the waves! There were some minor repairs that needed to be done but management was so attentive and got on them quickly! Check in and check out was very easy!
