Sugar Beach's many on-site amenities include shared pools, a sun deck, sports courts, a grilling area, and easy beach access. There are also several great restaurants, a shopping area, and attractions close by.

This complex is conveniently close to a number of great restaurants, shops, and fun, all-ages attractions. Shop, dine, or charter a deep sea fishing excursion at SanRoc Cay Marina, just a little over four miles up the coast. For visiting golfers, be sure to check out the links at both Craft Farms, only eight-and-half miles away, as well as the Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, just a little over 10 miles west. And with the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail - Rosemary Dunes Trailhead located just a short walk from this rental, you can enjoy a day of exploring the 6,500 acre Gulf State Park on foot.

*Dear guest, please note that there will be construction going on between 7 AM and 9 PM. There may be construction at the complex, as well as a new condominium being built on the property next door, which will continue through at least the end of the present year. Work is being performed daily using heavy machinery, so construction noise is significant and previously shown views from the balcony may be impacted. This is taking place immediately adjacent to Sugar Beach, approximately 10-15 yards from this rental.

Summer vacay Sugar Beach
All around this was a very pleasant experience. The property was quiet around 9 and this was one thing I was a bit concerned about since this property is right on the main strip but you really couldn’t hear anything or anybody inside of the condo. The only thing I wasn’t very happy with was the cleanliness of the countertops in the kitchen and the shower. The couch that folds down into a bed was easily operable and the bed was very comfortable.

This was just what we needed for an excellent price. Great place to stay if you are looking to get your toes in the sand for a few days! Easy Check in, great communication, not over touristy, and property was in good shape.

The property itself was great, but the room that we got was sadly not so great. Although it was clean, there were some issues. The AC was not great we had all 3 fans and the window unit on and still was very warm, our bed felt like we were just sleeping on a pallet made on the floor, the water pressure in the shower was mid and our door code never worked, we had to call the company and ask for a new code to the door and it took 3 different codes before they found one that could get us into the room. Over all the stay was tolerable, I personally will not be staying here again but if you’re looking for a cheap stay that is close to everything then I would recommend this place.

Could not open door as code didn't work...construction right next door that started at 6 am...was only told after I had paid...3 forks? not a well appointed kitchen. one elevator that the door would wack you and not stop...hurt my elbow. Was told to pay $30 cash parking permit after the fact? Not a happy camper.

Perfect for a quick getaway!
The location of Sugar Beach is one of the best locations in Orange Beach. The location is easy to get in and out of and not congested like most of the other places. It’s a nice short walk to the beach(just downstairs) and the elevator is also a plus! The unit we stayed in was plenty big enough for my daughter and me. We decided on the spur of the moment to take a mom/daughter trip. The Vacasa person who communicated with me was very nice and made sure we had arrived safe and had no issues with the condo. We will definitely do another spur of the moment trip to this condo!!

The front door was falling apart & had roaches inside the door. The balcony was not usable with standing water from a pipe leak & the sliding door would not close/loc.k. the fan did not work & the shower tile was lined with duct tape which had black mold growing. The dresser was cracked & hard to open drawers

The room was not bad. The utensils were slim and other various items not to be found that were needed. The main door could use some work and paint. You can’t see the ocean just a building being built. Overall wasn’t too bad.

Do NOT stay here!!! The pictures are old and not up to date. The place looks like you are walking into a prison. The room smelled of water and mold. The dresser was broken so we couldn’t put our clothes in it. The view from the balcony is now a building under construction so you have no part ocean view at all. The pool was closed one day due to construction. The parking lot is full and you can barely find a place to park. The shower head is awful and does not work properly. Overall a horrible experience with the room we stayed in. Does not look anything like the photos provided.
