Luxurious Condo on the 5th Floor! Only a 7 Minute Walk to Flora Bama!

Regency Isle Unit #509...You will love the spacious 300 square foot balcony in this condo! The ocean view is what it's all about...right? Well, you'll get the BEST here!

Our condo is very open with over 1300 square feet of living. That's much larger than most 2 bedroom condos! The large, open kitchen has a fantastic view of the gulf as well! You will really enjoy cooking in this kitchen! And, there is a wet bar for making cocktails! The living room is very spacious with fabulous views and a new smart TV! The seating is very comfortable too! And, free wifi!

The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed with a private bath and an entrance to the gulf-front balcony and a new smart TV. The Guest Room has two full-sized beds with an adjoining bath. We also have a half bath and full sized washer and dryer! So nice!!

This was our second time to Orange Beach, and staying in this condo, as we loved it so much when we visited a few years ago. The place is even better than the pictures show. We just cannot say enough great things about the place. We will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 - the rooms and balcony were very large. We enjoyed the location and the beach access was great. This property has both an indoor and outdoor pool, which was great when we had cool weather on one of our Fall Break days.

Wonderful complex, location and atmosphere
We will definitely mark this condo as our go to vacation spot in the future. It was very comfortable, beautiful views of the gulf, great facilities, great towels and kitchen utencils. I would definitely recommend this condo!!! I would have preferred a dead bolt interior lock on the entry door; need to add more slip preventive pads in 2nd bedroom bath. Thanks for sharing your condo!

This condo unit was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen had everything we needed and the towels were the softest ever. Lots of beach chairs and toys. Great communication from the host all through the process and our stay.

Condo and facility were awesome- well laid out and everything needed was provided. Excellent and easy grilling stations for easy meal prep. Restaurants were amazing and service great. Overall excellent beach, views, accommodations and area. We will certainly be back!

Great Place!
We were really impressed with how nice and clean everything was. Great space and comfy furnishings! Even though it was too cold to go down on the beach the first few days (as it was freezing over Christmas) we were able to enjoy the warm sun on the balcony. We would definitely come back!

The Beach and pool were awesome, not too crowded even going on a holiday weekend. Unit was as described, the only complaint I have was the assigned parking spot was a PAIN to get in and out of, not much you can do about that though, other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Absolutely perfect!
We had an amazing family vacation in Orange Beach. The condo was in the best location. My husband and I could watch our teenage girls at the beach or pool from our large balcony. The three bathrooms were so helpful (again…teenage girls). The main bedroom bed so very comfortable, and the rest of the condo had enough room for everyone to spread out or to come together. We use VRBO frequently and this stay was by far our best!

The condo was just as pictured. It was clean with plenty of room for us. We had 5 adults and 2 children. The balcony was huge. The communication was excellent. They checked on us by email daily to be sure we didn't need anything or have any issues. Before we got there I had I question and got an immediate response. If you are looking for a place with a lot of restaurants to walk to this isn't the area you want. We just drove over to Orange Beach for that. We would absolutely stay here again.

Was not the cleanest place and beds in one of the rooms were not made when we got there. Call the number for the cleaning service and she seemed to be mad that we called. Will not stay at this condo again.
