This beachfront condo boasts a private balcony furnished with shared meals, conversations, and relaxing afternoon naps in mind. When you're not enjoying the view, the calming and restful interior which includes a comfortable living area and a full, well-equipped kitchen, will help you recharge for your next fun-filled experience in Orange Beach. On-site, Summer House offers beach access, an outdoor pool, and a sandy playground for children. A large hot tub is adjacent to the heated indoor pool, and a well-equipped fitness center, putting green, and tennis courts are also available.
Less than three miles up the coast, discover fine dining, boutique shopping, and a full-featured marina offering opportunities for deep sea fishing, diving, and other watersports, all at SanRoc Cay Marina. For a day of outdoor adventure, hike or cycle the miles of trails that wind throughout nearby Alabama Gulf State Park. And find fun, family-friendly attractions at places like Adventure Island, less than a mile away, and Waterville USA, only six miles from this rental.
Things to Know
Please note that there is ongoing construction at the Summer House on Romar Beach complex which impacts all buildings and units on site. Construction workers will be present during standard working hours and construction related noise can be expected. Noise level can be high at periods of time. Construction equipment and material will be present in the parking lots which will block some of the the parking area. This will limit parking in parking lots next to the buildings however overflow parking is available across the street in the Summer House overflow parking lot. If there are no parking spots available in the lots next to the buildings you can unload your contents next to the building and proceed to park across the street. The construction work will also block some beach access points, which will be rerouted as needed. This means that the most convenient beach access point may not be available but there will be beach access points. There are temporary railings on the North side of the building (side of building opposite of the Gulf) which do not look esthetically great but meet all safety standards. After August 19th the outdoor pool will be closed but the indoor pool will remain open. The condo balcony is renovated and new and the views of the Gulf are fantastic!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
