Great Condo (D915)
This is our second year to stay in this condo. It is neat and clean and any necessary correspondence and been replied in a very timely manner. I would recommend this condo to any group looking for a nice place to stay. My family will be coming back again next year.

Family Vacation
Caribe Resorts was great for our family vacation! We enjoyed the pools, putt putt golf and overall it was a great experience! There was a lot of steps to get from one place to the other and not very many staff available to direct you where to go. The down button to the elevator on the 9th floor wasn’t working and the refrigerator kept saying it was over heating and wasn’t keeping our food cold (even after being mindful to keep the door closed). I would come back and recommend to others!

Nice but overpriced
Stayed the 3rd week of August. A heads up on the jellyfish migration would have been nice and you'd think also reflected in the price. Couldn't do much at the beach. Pools were nice but difficult to get to because of construction and inoperative elevators. Condo cleanliness left alot to be desired. Found a popsicle wrapper in the couch, a toothpick in bedding, and other issues. Condo also showed signs of wear that were surprising for the price. Kitchen was well equiped and the condo did have beautiful views.

Really good condo
Very roomy condo. 4 beds 3 1/2 bath is perfect for a group of 8 women. Could use some updating/paint touch up/cleaning could improve, but overall it was a good condo we enjoyed! The view was great! Being in a wheelchair, it had good parts that were good for me, but luckily they had a rolling desk chair I could transfer to to use the bathroom bc the doorway is not wide enough. Pull down sprayer in shower, helpful, but need more options for the sprayer, LOL! I couldn’t get out the door from living room to balcony, but it was okay. Overall though we all enjoyed it. We were celebrating my bachelorette weekend. Thank you again for the condo. I’ve stayed at the Caribe many times and this was one of few good ones I’ve stayed in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: D915 was our rental. So large and clean. Perfect!If I had two suggestion Ms it would be about parking. If a room sleeps 12 then I think at least two parking passes should be included or at least 2 parking spaces at least. We had 3 vehicles and could hardly find the extra parking spaces. I didn’t mind paying but finding parking was difficult every time we left. Also the parking garage is not marked well for exits. It was very confusing at first. Lastly, there was no way to know that building B had the service desk. We walked around D forever looking for a clerk. But all staff was helpful. The golf carts to the beach are so convenient and cute. Will stay here again.

VR Club = terrible!
For anyone that needs items refrigerated (i.e. breastmilk, medications, etc) I recommend checking, double checking, & even triple checking with VR Club the fridge situation in your rental. As a mother who struggled with breastfeeding, and then lost a full day’s worth of breastmilk due to a complete lack of communication from VR Club, we will not be renting through them again. We also lost over $100 worth of groceries, which can be replaced (although not an expense we had budgeted for), but when we notified VR Club of our fridge not working they neither admitted to neglecting to communicate this with us nor did they offer an apology. As far as the resort - it was the most family-friendly facility we’ve ever been to! Plenty to do, beautiful views, great location. We hope to stay with Caribe again in the future, but will not be return customers of VR Club!

Overall a great experience
I was very impressed with the condo when arriving, however I was a bit disappointed that the floors weren’t cleaned for my arrival, and there was only 1 trash bag provided. I also wish I knew that I had to purchase my parking pass ahead of time and not finding out the day I arrived. Other than that my family and I had an amazing time!

Terrible customer service, outdated condo
Every fixture was from the 90s, we went without water for hours one morning, my wife was bashed on the head by a piece of metal that fell off the fridge, fridge wouldn’t cold, tub was missing hardware so you couldn’t use the jacuzzi tub, dish washer would fall out the hole. Overall a terrible unit. I love the caribe but the host was awful. I will never book through them again.

If you have young children this is the place
The property with absolutely amazing for young children. The pools are very spacious one huge pool only has one and a half feet. Our one year old was able to walk the pool sit down play with her bucket stand up and walk around the whole pools. Another huge pool was all 3 feet deep and the deepest one was 4 1/2 feet deep. Our three and four-year-olds were able to swim with their lifejackets through the whole pool while we walked through it. It was a perfect set up. Tlazyriver was a great place to walk around or

Outstanding views, location, fabulous balcony
The condo more than exceeded our expectations! It was very clean, well appointed, and perfect for multi families. We were surprised by a fireworks display which we enjoyed immensely from the expansive balcony. Email response time from the management company was quick and professional, the app was easy to navigate and check-in/check-out was a breeze. I can't wait to visit again!
