Welcome to Cotton Bayou! This is the perfect place to enjoy the best of both the beach and the bayou! This (2) bedrooms, (2) bathrooms condo is located across the street from the public beach access and directly on Cotton Bayou in Orange Beach, Alabama. BRING YOUR BOAT! Property has a private boat launch, first come first serve boat slips, cleaning station, and fishing pier! Additional outdoor amenities include huge outdoor pool with tiki bar, tennis court, and BBQ area. This unit is updated throughout with stocked kitchen with everything you need for family meal prep and plenty of seating for dining. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the private balcony with 6 chairs. Two flat screen Smart TV's, and free WiFi. Private full size washer and dryer within unit. Designated covered parking is located directly below this 2nd floor unit. Only 1 flight of stairs! (No elevator).

- Parking: There are two (2) assigned covered parking spots under the unit.
- Boat slip docking is first come, first served basis, and proof of boat registration & insurance must be submitted. The complex will charge $105 for up to seven day pass.
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove-top, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposable, microwave
-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, paper towels, and trash bags.

-NO smoking in condo, on the balcony, or in the hallways allowed.
-Must be at least 25 years old to book

-Photo ID may be required upon check-in.

This week's stay was absolutely delightful
This week's stay was absolutely delightful. Upon arrival, we were greeted by impeccably clean facilities that surpassed our expectations from the pictures. The kitchen was impressively equipped, and the barbecues and pools added an extra touch of enjoyment to our experience. Moreover, the central location made traveling to various destinations conveniently swift. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Beautifully decorated condo, awesome location!
The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with and the pots, pans, utensils and appliances you would need. The complex was quite with wonderful new landscaping. Location was great with state park trails near by and a number of boating launches close, as well as beach access across the street. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation
Took my kids to the beach for a few days. It was a great week! They loved their rooms in this condo. It was right next to several shopping areas, eaterys, and right across from the beach. We walked down on the dock several times also. It was a good stay, and the host were so wonderful! Would stay again.

Great stay for fishermen
Nice, clean place. Located a short drive from restaurants and stores. Super convenient for fishermen bringing their own boat to fish the gulf. Boat dock is nice with night light and a fish cleaning station equipped with a sink and running water hose. I can’t speak to the beach access since we did not go while we were there. The only negative thing I could mention was the AC system really struggled during the day. It did not affect us since we weren’t around during the day most of the time. Still a 5star stay and I highly recommend.
