Beautiful Gulf Front View Studio # 142 looking forwardat the Gulf!

See the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach, Alabama from your private balcony looking out to the gulf enjoying your coffee early mornings watching dolphins traveling or playing right in front of you. This will be your home away from home including washer/dryer, dishwasher, K-cups and a regular coffee maker, coffee grinder, mixer, crock pot, pots and pans, baking pans, utensils and more. We will provide 4 white bath towels. Enjoy the luxury of 3 pools, one heated during the winter months. There is an on sight mini store called the Sugar Shack during the summer for beverages, adult ones too and snacks while you soak up the Alabama sunshine. There are big outdoor grills and patio seating and sitting areas for dining in. We have covered parking and security and our Condo is easily accessible to the stairs and elevators. There are free utility carts located near the elevators to make your move from the car to the condo stress free. We have Restaurants located just minutes away and fun, family attractions like the arcade and The Track just minutes from this location. Attractions include golf, water parks, paddle board, gulf front dining , parasailing , jet skiing, arcades, dolphin cruises, The OWA Park, Tanger Outlet and deep sea fishing. The state park is located about 1 mile down the road which includes the campgrounds and a hiking/biking trail. You may also fish off the state park pier for an additional fee. Your stay will be most enjoyable whether you are relaxing or moving about town. We have everything you may want or need in our quaint little town we call Orange Beach! Enjoy!!

Absolutely needed
Except for 3 days of rain this was a well needed break from the cold and gloomy weather in Michigan. 4 days of full sunshine. Beach is gorgeous and close.

Family Reunion
Overall stay wasn't bad. There was so sort of construction going on next room over so very loud and the people above us or beside us their slider door doesn't work good and it was so loud and started making noise everyday around 6am and didn't stop until late at night. Couldn't enjoy the balcony as much unless we shut of the window until as it was so loud and blew out hot air. The plaques on the wall tell you we're rooms are are not correct we had to carts of items and went to right side as they is what they showed only to find out it was wrong and with construction we couldn't go out the doors by that end so that was very inconvenient. Could walk around barefoot around the pools due to boards in bad shape. Had a family member get a huge splinter in their foot. We come down every 2 yrs and we definitely won't choose to stay here again. For the price we paid I thought it would have been a lot nicer overall. Paid less at the boardwalk 2 yrs ago for a 2 bedroom and it was so much better!

Great place on the beach
The condo is very nice, well maintained, clean, and recently remodeled. The building is a bit older but they do have cleaners on site every day cleaning the common areas. The parking fee was $35 but plenty of open spots during our stay. There's a trailhead across the street so you can bike to Gulf Shores park, pavillion, and pier without biking down the main street.

This is a beautiful, comfortable, well furished condo.. but above all of that... the views!!! Windows open, salt smells, waves crashing, seconds from feet in same.

The unit was very nice. Clean and updated with everything you need. The view and location can’t be beat. Parking was easy but you have to buy a $35 parking pass upon arrival. I would stay here again.
