Best trip!
It was the cleanest property and best customer service we have ever experienced. We plan on making this a yearly trip. We have been staying in Orange Beach for about 8 years now at different places and this is our favorite. Plenty to do on the property. Thank you Steve

Ovwr all it was a great getaway!!!
It was nice!! We enjoyed our stay!! But the couch was broke which made the sofa sleep broke!!! The ice machine didnt work. The coffee pot was a guessing game if it was...But nothing that wasnt manageable

Nice property
The room and property were nice but I missed not facing the Gulf. Price was high but so were others we checked. Mattresses in 2nd bedroom probably need replacing. Appliances and television were a bit hard to figure out but not a deal breaker. We didn’t use the property amenities but there were plenty offered. We did have a nice time.

Fun fall break
We were contacted about our arrival time while we were on the way. The text was answered in a fast and courteous manner. Once we arrived the check in was fast! The condo was clean and well stocked with linens and towels for our stay. We did not encounter any issues while there. We will definitely be back again! The staff at Caribe were always friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

Our stay was good. The living room furniture needs to be updated. The couch and one of the chairs were unusable because of springs and a metal bar could felt through the cushions.

Was a very nice condo. Enjoyed our stay. The only issues we had during our stay was the deadbolt on the door kept getting stuck causing the door not to shut and the whirlpool tub jets never would come on. Enjoyed the soak in the tub though!!

Family vacation
Entering the condo everything looked nice and the kitchen was well equipped. I believe it could have been a little cleaner and the floors were dirty. This is our 4th year renting there. Our children come with the grandchildren and each rent their own condo and it is nice to be their as a family.

First time staying here!
First time staying at caribe and already looking forward to go back. We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was spacious and very nice. Housekeeping must have did a quick clean because the floors still had a good bit of sand and with no socks on, could tell the floors were not cleaned correctly! Besides that room was awesome!! The pool areas are set up great, always had a lot of people enjoying the pools and not once did we feel like it was over crowded. Kids loved the slides and lines for slides were never long. The resort was great, would recommend anyone to stay here. My only complaint about the resort is only having one parking spot per unit and sometimes have someone park in overflow close to guard shack is a pretty long walk back to building D especially if having to carry anything from vehicle. Great great place though....will be back!

Great unit & amenities made up for poor weather
My wife and I came down for a much needed weekend of relaxations and were very pleased with the unit and all of the activities available on site at Caribe. Our weather never improved past overcast but we still had a great time enjoying all that the Caribe and surrounding area has to offer.

We enjoyed our trip to Caribe. The views were amazing and the accommodations were spacious and comfortable. The resort amenities were as advertised and enjoyed by all in our group. We will definitely return and would book this unit again. We had an amazing time.

As we entered the master bath, there were tiles missing from the master bath tub. This caused plumbing to be exposed which aesthetically wasn’t pretty but I was more concerned about what crawls out from under bathtubs and potential mold as I have horrible allergies. I feel as though I should have had some communication as to what to expect before arrival. I wrote in to the property manager about what we were dealing with as more of informational and the response was that they would “try” to get with maintenance. I simply explained that I did not want to deal with maintenance while I was on vacation and that it really should have been communicated before we arrived. The response to this is what was aggravating because Delores stated that maintenance had “more pressing” matters and would be fine to wait. There was no concern for me as a paying customer. I am still uncertain how it was supposed to acceptable that I walked into a repair/remodel with no prior notice.

Such a great stay. Loved our stay at this two bedroom condo overlooking the bay and the gulf. It was a gorgeous view. We were with grandparents and a 1.5 yo and had a blast. Multiple pools, lazy river, and very easy to get to beach. Bring a wagon if you have a little one! You won’t regret it!
