"Esperienza deludente, anche se da circa un anno mi reco ad Oran per lavoro. Non sono un igienista, anzi, facendo vita da cantiere credo di avere il pelo abbastanza cresciuto ma le condizioni dell'albergo Montparnasse sono davvero da segnalare affinchè possano essere "limitate" certe esperienze. Ho scelto l'hotel Montparnasse perchè tra i pochi disponibili a Orano nelle date del mio soggiorno, era quello che accettava il pagamento con carta di credito American Express, cosa invece non vera...

"I had booked a week-long stay at this hotel, but due to unforeseen changes in my travel plans, I requested to reschedule my reservation for a later date. Unfortunately, the hotel refused my request and also declined to issue a refund. This lack of flexibility and customer service has been very disappointing. "This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel and it's our favorite place to stay in Oran. Beautiful view of the city and the sea. The staff is very friendly and always makes us feel welcomed. "

"Stale room, camphor smells, the water from the water tap and in the cistern was blood red with rust. I ran the water for a long time it remained orange. When I told the staff they were indifferent. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said he would have to check with the manager, who he had to call. When i returned to the reception, the receptionist had left the building. Very poor. This hotel should be removed from you listings."

"We stayed here for 3 nights in Dec '13 and we were very impressed. The hotel is what you would expect from a 4 star - wifi, nice bathroom, good fixtures and fittings, wide screen tv, double (not twin) bed. The cleanliness was good - our beds were made every day and changed every other. We were given free soft drinks in our fridge, and free shampoo and gel everyday, even though we didn't use them. The breakfast was good, if a little on the sweet/cake side of things. The slight downside for me was...

"The room and linens were clean, and it was all as advertised, and reasonable value for money. However, it felt a bit neglected: for example, the toilet in my room didn’t flush, and one lightbulb flashed on and off for a few minutes each time it was turned on. The hotel is located in an area with a few giant hotels, a major road and some patches of waste ground, some distance from the center of the city.
