"I can't praise the hotel enough. I was looked after like a VIP from the moment I arrived. They always enquired how I was and went out of their way to help me with any enquiry or transport need and the reception staff and Managers did speak some English to my relief. Felt absolutely safe as a solo female traveller and lots of things are in walking distance The hotel has a beautiful big reception lounge and there is a restaurant, which on the occasion I used served me with some very tasty food, other nice local cuisine simple eating places within 10min walk. The room was spacious and comfortable and it had hot water. Like everywhere in Algeria cash is preferred but I think they may accept visa for bookings but can't verify. Great 3star+ "

"Nice, comfortable, very clean hotel, just a short distance from the center of town and sights of interest. Staff were friendly and helpful, but perhaps not entirely accustomed to dealing with tourists. Wi-fi in the rooms wasn't as strong as it could have been. Overall, though, a good choice."

"The room and linens were clean, and it was all as advertised, and reasonable value for money. However, it felt a bit neglected: for example, the toilet in my room didn’t flush, and one lightbulb flashed on and off for a few minutes each time it was turned on. The hotel is located in an area with a few giant hotels, a major road and some patches of waste ground, some distance from the center of the city. You’d have to take a taxi to go anywhere; it’s not really a walkable neighborhood. It’s fine if you just need a place to sleep: clean, safe and efficient. But it’s not special, or especially convenient."
