"Everything other than the room is awesome, the breakfast was amazing, the pool and spa are top notch.The room itself is average and decent. The bathroom toilet is the tiniest toilet I have ever seen, it was hard to maneuver that! Toilet size could definitely be upgraded. Walk in shower was great! Everything else was great!The check in process was an almost disaster because the hotel couldn't find my booking. "My husband & I stayed 3 nights on a little getaway. The property was very nice. I enjoyed the lap pool & paths. The gym has good variety of machines. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not to our liking. The bathroom vanities were nice, but the shower could use an update. We can't comment on the on-site restaurants as we didn't visit them. "

Great staff well worth the money.

"This was a little gem. For the money I would highly recommend a night or two. Check in was great. Lovely staff and you get free breakfast, free evening drink and bottled water. Coffee available all day. Where it lacks in moderation it is making up with the people. Found the housekeeping top notice too. Towel around the pool etc. it is an old building in fact almost retro. "

1st time visiting Tucson

"My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. Quality service and food was very good. Our room was very nice and spacious. Our room was on the second floor which was a little difficult for us to use stairs. We really appreciated the gentleman that delivered our luggage right to our doorstep. It's very expensive to stay at the Omni especially with all the added resort fees etc. but for the most part worth it for special occasion. Our Spa experience was pretty good too."
