"My two lifelong friends and I spent four solid nights and days canoeing, fishing, cooking and laughing at the Lakeside Cabin. At this time of year just before the solstice, our dinners were very late because we didn't want to pull ourselves away from the westward-facing (and comfortable) outdoor chairs to cook while we watched brilliant sunsets each evening that reflected the expanse of Mooselookmeguntic Lake. What a fabulous spot for friends and/or family! While the pictures on the website are accurate representations, they really can't do justice to the property as a whole. The hosts provide everything needed in a true Maine Camp for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We are already talking about a return trip in 2025!"

"There is great attention to detail. The linens, blankets and towels were all so nice. The kitchen is well stocked with nice dishes and everything needed for cooking, all is good shape. A walk to the lake gets you exercise and there is a dock with benches and a place to swim. The view from the house is beautiful. Thank you!!"
