On the groundfloor, there is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that leads into a living space the first floor features 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
One of the most amazing features of this villa is its own spa with a sauna and jacuzzi. There is, also, an additional guest toilet.
On the outside of the villa, there is a pool overlooking the hill and a summer kitchen with a barbecue and dining area. You can, also, relax on the sunbeds and under parasols while taking in the stunning view.

City of Buzet with an interesting offer for hiking tours which leads us to Hum – the smallest town in the world. Central Istria is definitely worth a visit! Only 20 km away is Istralandia Aquapark offering loads of fun for kids.
