"Nice house and Location. A little south of main business so you have to plan to get food, gas etc. Only down side was we we were required to take garbage to the disposal site that is close to the house on our last day but the sites closed on Fridays so we had to scramble a bit to find another location ..."

"Outstanding property for large group. Panoramic Views & everything you will need from kitchen to sports and beach chairs / floats, etc. A little drive to sites and action in Kailua, but the peace and tranquillity of this spectacular property is well worth it! Guy is a tremendous host! Dennis"

Heaven on a hill
"We love the house- hate the humidity. Of course, that is common to the whole island,,,,We had daily visits from a gecko we named Gary. At least we think it was the same little fellow; we only saw two geckos simultaneously once Plus, there's a cute little baby gecko in the bedroom who is shy and climbs ..."
